*The Seacrest Beach Lagoon pool and deck will be closed beginning 10/27/2025 for resurfacing. The project is scheduled to be completed by December 2025.

Great brand new house in Seacrest Beach neighborhood. Awesome views from the rooftop. Just a short walk to the community pool and the beach. We found it faster to walk to the beach than take the tram. Would definitely stay again.
