An initial attempt will be made to resolve the following operational issues over the phone, if applicable, so as to adhere to the current social distancing guidelines set forth by the county and state.
- No Dripping fixtures, Slow Drains, or Loose handles
- No light bulbs or 1 outlet not working
No duplicate appliances(for instance if a property has 2 sets of washers and dryers, or 2 dishwashers in the kitchen, etc…), no wine coolers, no stand-alone ice makers.
Coffee makers, toasters, blenders, etc. will still be dropped off, as usual, guests will be instructed to leave broken items on the porch and we will drop off a new one and remove the damaged one.
- Only Living Room or Outdoor TV’s, no bedroom TV’s
- No Surround sound or Outdoor Speaker calls
- Will be dropped off on the porch
