Off Seascape’s drive is a screened-in pool enclosure with a large pool and an attached sitting spa. Covered parking and a pool house area include a half bath, a covered lanai, a picnic table, and ceiling fans. A wooden boardwalk leads from the pool house directly to the pristine white sand beach.

Guests may take either an elevator or an outside stair to the first floor, where an open kitchen, dining, and living area have breathtaking views of the Gulf through 3 sliding glass doors that open to a large balcony. A well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops seats 2 at a breakfast bar and provides lots of space for guests to prepare meals. A wood dining table seats 8 and divides the kitchen from the living area. After a busy day of jumping waves and searching for seashells, guests can sink into plush leather furniture and watch a movie on a large TV or step outside to the expansive deck to enjoy dinner al fresco. The deck features a gas grill, dining table, plenty of seating, and an inviting porch swing.
