Guests may take either an elevator or an outside stair to the first floor and second floor, where both Seascape & Sunscape feature open kitchens, dining, and living areas with breathtaking views of the Gulf through 3 sliding glass doors that open to a large deck.

Seascape, which is found on the first floor of this chic Florida townhome, has a well-equipped kitchen that includes a breakfast bar, granite countertops, and a solid-wood dining table that seats 10. As the sun sets, guests can sink into plush leather furniture and watch a movie on a large TV, or step outside onto the expansive deck to enjoy grilling the catch of the day or snuggling up on the porch swing to listen to the sound of crashing waves. Guests staying in the primary bedroom or a guest bedroom off the living area can wake up to views of crashing waves. A bunk room with 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds, and an additional guest bedroom enjoy views of the pool.

The second floor, Sunscape, boats high-arched ceilings, and a wall of windows with spectacular views of the Gulf.
