DETAILS: Welcome to Nautical Soul! This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home can accommodate 9 guests and boasts spectacular Gulf views, access to the community pool, and the bay and gulf are just a short walk away!

The bright and airy open-plan living area on the first floor features a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for meal prep. and, extra wine/beverage refrigerator. Guests can enjoy their culinary creations at the dining table that seats 8, or at the breakfast bar that seats 4. After dinner guests can gather in the living room and get comfortable on the plush sofa while watching TV. There is a screened-in porch with outdoor furniture that can be found just off the living area. This is a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. There is 1 bedroom on the first floor. It boasts a 32” TV, and a twin-over-queen bunk bed, ideal for the kids in your party! There is a half-bathroom with a toilet on this floor.

The second floor has 3 comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and a 40” Roku TV. There is a shared bathroom down the hall with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a king bed, a 50” TV, access to a private balcony with spectacular views of the Gulf in the distance, and a bathroom with a separate shower and a soaking tub. Airbnb g: This was our first time in Port St. Joe/Cape San Blas area. It is a very beautiful natural area, which is less developed than much of Florida. The home is located very close to a semi-private beach, and when walking you can see lots of wildlife, from birds to crabs to dolphins. We enjoyed the natural beauty of the Cape, on which the home is situated. If you are looking for lots of activities and attractions, however, this is not the most suitable first choice. It is a remote, very slow, small town area, with not many things to do nearby, other than the beach, which is about a 3-5 minute walk from the home. Shopping and restaurants are about 15-30 minutes drive away. The home is brand new, clean, and has a very well equipped kitchen. However, this private neighborhood is still in development with several open lots, so expect some construction while you stay. Also, if you have a larger group, parking is difficult in the small, gravel driveway. Fine if you only have 1 or 2 vehicles.
