Description

Nestled between Indian Lagoon at Indian Pass and the Gulf of Mexico sits BEACH HAPPY, a beautiful and pet-friendly beach home with Gulf views, nearby beach access and a private in-ground swimming pool. This second tier home is only 100 steps to the pet-friendly beach of Indian Pass.

Beach Happy has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Two of the decks overlook the pool and provide corridor views of the Gulf. One deck is located on the Lagoon side, so you can find the perfect shade or sun, breezy or calm place to sit and relax with a group or on your own. A gas grill and gas are included in your rental.

Your reservation includes $250 worth of beach gear. That's right! Rent a beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, and more for your stay. Your $250 credit will go a long way!

This home sits just steps from the beautiful pet-friendly beach and awesome sunset views. Beach Happy is located close to the famous Indian Pass Raw Bar. Sit on the Lagoon deck to hear the live evening music from the Raw Bar, or sit on the Gulf side to hear the sounds of the Gulf. Wherever you sit, this house promises to make you Beach Happy.

*We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200. No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 for renters.

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

Jennifer : We absolutely loved our Vacation! The house was amazing! We will be renting again for our next vacation! 360 was the best they answered all my questions about the hurricane coming in a few days before we were to leave out. The house is very well stocked with everything you need for cooking! Great place for family and kids plenty of room for our 2 families.

Kelly : This is our third time staying in Beach Happy! Our whole family goes and we absolutely love it. We always enjoy the beach gear we get and we always rent golf carts so it makes going to the beach awesome! We were going to go ahead and reserve for next year, but the down payment has gone up to reserve it, so we may have to wait a bit.

Heather : I would like to actually make a recommendation about Beach Happy: The mosquitoes are unbearable there. It makes sitting outside at night impossible. They need a mosquito spray service and/or to screen in the main back porch. Thank you!

NessaAud : The house had most everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the pool and the walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. The home itself could use an update with furniture and decor. The coffee maker wasn’t working well and the master tub didn’t drain properly. Overall, we loved the location and enjoyed our stay. If you love to cook, pack some of your own pans and chopping knife and cutting board.

4Palms : We enjoyed our stay at Beach Happy on Indian Pass. Home was well equipped and relaxing. Enjoyed the pool and easy to get on the beach as only a short walk. Appreciate owners allowing our two Golden furry babies in a pet friendly rental. They really enjoyed playing on the beach.

Kja1008 : We took our whole family to Beach Happy over the Memorial Day week! We had an awesome time despite Tropical System Alberto! It was a very short walk to the beach and with the extra of the beach gear offered, the wagon made our trip to the beach even better! The Indian Pass Raw Oyster Bar was delicious and such a short distance from the home! We took our son and his family with our five month old granddaughter and my daughter and her boyfriend and we all had plenty of room, privacy, and was able to make so many wonderful memories! Even with the storm we were without power for about five hours, but that still didn’t keep us from having a great time! The pool was awesome to have at the house! The only negative was the mosquitos! It would have been nice to have a little heads up so we would have been prepared! You definitely have to be armed with bug spray before venturing out! But even with that, we plan on staying at Beach Happy again!
