DETAILS: Dock Holiday is an impeccable 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom beach house that can accommodate 8 guests in more than 2,600 square feet of living space. Located in the Ovation development, this property enjoys access to 2 community pools, a gym, and tennis courts. Guests will love the stunning Bay views, private dock, screened-in porch, and nearby beach access.

This stilted beachfront home features a reverse floor plan with the living, dining, and kitchen areas on the top floor for gorgeous Forgotten Coast views. A stylish and well-equipped kitchen includes a large breakfast bar that seats 4, stainless steel appliances, and ample counter space for meal prep. The dining area—with a table that can easily accommodate 8—is located off the kitchen. Access to the screened-in porch, with its Adirondack chairs and gas grill, is located off the dining room. The spacious living room, with 2 sofas and a TV, is perfect for family gatherings or admiring the breathtaking views. There’s a laundry room on this floor to keep beach gear fresh and clean.

After a wonderful day at the beach, guests can retire to the 4 comfortable bedrooms located on the first floor. There’s 1 primary bedroom and 1 guest bedroom with king beds and Bay views, 1 guest bedroom with a queen bed, and 1 bunk room with a full-over-full bed and a twin-over-twin bed—ideal for kids or young adults.

For added convenience, there is an outdoor shower on the ground level—ideal for getting the sand off after a day at the beach.

Airbnb g: So convenient. Having a fantastic community pool that was relaxing was the best part of beach day. The house has lovely views of the bay, sunset & wildlife. The kids loved walking the pier each evening to catch hermit crabs.

Airbnb g: This is the first time we have stayed bayside on the cape and enjoyed the house and watching the kayakers and paddle boarders on the bay. The house was very clean and had great views. the bedrooms are located close together with a jack and Jill bath between one of the kings and the queen. the bunk room and another king have their own. Both kings share the same deck. The screened in porch was great and enjoyed watching the sunrise on the opposite top deck. We also enjoyed being able to have a fire in the backyard. There was no beach equipment/ chairs provided for guests. I wished I had inquired about this before traveling as it did impact our time on the beach. We had difficulty at check in, however, the manager of the rental company was great to work with and fixed our problems. I do think the issues we had will be addressed for future renters. Overall, the house was very nice and a great place to stay bayside.

Rob : The home is beautiful and spacious with a back deck that serves up spectacular sunrises. Private dock access to the Bay or a short walk to the Gulf beaches makes for a relaxed stay in a secluded neighborhood. Picturesque and cozy; we didn’t want to leave!

Casey : Had a great stay at Dock Holiday. It lives up to its description and pictures on-line. Thoroughly enjoyed bathing outside since the shower downstairs has both hot and cold water!! Hard to decide which was more enjoyable, the sunsets on the beach or the starry skies that followed. Amazing. Everything exceeded our expectations. Fantastic home!!

Laurin : The house was truly phenomenal. The reverse floor plan with kitchen, dining room and the common room (with its huge TV) on the top floor was great. The views are breath taking regardless of which porch you are on. The house itself was incredibly clean and it felt like it had just been built. Plenty of parking. We like having it within a gated community and enjoyed playing tennis on the tennis courts. The stocked kitchen, bathroom amenities and luggage racks were also nice touch. Looking forward to a return visit!
