Overall this was a nice rental with easy access to the beach. The main living spaces were comfortable. The kitchen was adequate, better knives than most rentals and a nice selection of storage containers, but missing some standard kitchen items (mixing bowls). The bathrooms could use some attention in order to match the overall feel of the house.
The house was clean upon arrival and they included welcome items that made our stay easier. It was also was nice to stay in a place with minimal check out to-do items (only had to take out the trash).
Based on this experience we would consider coming back to this rental or another 360 Blue property.

Renting with 360 Blue made our trip a breeze. The remote check-in is so convenient, and unlike renting with other agencies, we didn't have to clean the unit before leaving - just turn off the lights! This was such a perk! 360 Blue also has an app with lots of information including check-in, check-out, area activities and restaurants, and contact numbers. We look forward to using 360 Blue again.

Contacted 360 more than once before trip with questions no response return from representative had to call back. During our stay contacted 360 for maintenance on ceiling fan. Maintenance representative looked at fan and never was repaired during our stay. Unit needs Coverage on top deck. No outside seating on back deck. Mattress on other bed was not very comfortable.

Great location. Easy to walk to beach. View is somewhat blocked by two other homes but didn’t impact our stay. Inside could stand to be updated but worked well for 4 adults and 1 child.

Located just off the beach on the tranquil, “Forgotten Coast” of Cape San Blas, Ellie’s SeaLargo is a chic, updated bungalow. Steps from the sand, the top-floor 3-bedroom condo welcomes guests up to a shared furnished deck with a four-seat al fresco dining area and twin Adirondack chairs with sweeping beach views.
Step inside to find a sunny living and dining area with soaring ceilings, an open-concept floor plan and multiple sitting areas. A full-length sofa, which folds out into a queen-sized bed, faces a large-screen TV on one end, while a separate sofa and stylish wicker club chairs frame a decorative fireplace. Large picture windows reveal the deck outside, creating a feeling of indoor/outdoor living.
The living area flows into a charming, six-seat dining area with a formal table set beneath a unique glass chandelier. Enjoy home-cooked meals prepared in the adjacent kitchen, featuring all-new appliances, cabinets, countertops and backsplash. A breakfast bar opens the kitchen to the living area, with four seats providing an ideal spot for morning coffee. *Note- at the time of taking the photos, the unit only had two bedrooms. Since then, a third bedroom has been added which made the living area a bit smaller. New photos coming soon.
Between the three spacious bedrooms, Ellie’s SeaLargo comfortably sleeps up to eight guests:
Primary Bedroom

Styled in beach decor with soft blues and hardwood floors to match the living area, the primary suite features a sitting area, flat-screen TV, and twin nightstands with charging stations for multiple phone types. The en-suite bath has dual sinks and a step-in shower.
Second Bedroom
King Bed
This room, also styled in soft blues and ocean-inspired decor, has a ceiling fan and nightstand. Guests of this private room and the sleeper sofa share a full bath with bathtub in the hallway.
Third Bedroom
Two Twin-over-twin bunk beds
From your beachfront location, you’ll be surrounded by unspoiled, turquoise with easy access to the shore for swimming, shell collecting, and sea life viewing. Spend your days relaxing on the deck, lounging at the beach with a good book, or exploring nearby adventures, from beach horseback riding to guided snorkeling. There is also a park style charcoal grill located on the ground level for your use during your stay.
Please note there is a laundry room located by the parking area with a full-size washer and dryer.
*Parking for 2 vehicles is located under the building. Please be advised that the overhead room will not allow for extra tall trucks or RV's.
