Equipped with four-bedrooms, private pool & hot tub, and gulf views it's easy to see why! Located in the south section of Cape San Blas, Lantana boasts modern upscale furnishings & fixtures, gulf facing balconies including a screened in porch on the floor with the living space, and two king primary suites. The two additional bedrooms have a queen bed and full over full + twin trundle bunk-bed, bringing the sleep count to 9 comfortably.

Other guest amenities include: cable TV, free wi-fi, gas/charcoal grill, fully stocked kitchen, outdoor hot/cold shower, easy beach access, and parking for up to 4 vehicles. An added bonus is the proximity to Scallop Republic, so you'll be able to hop on bikes and enjoy some live music while trying some local brews while watching the sunset.

We are happy welcome up to 2 dogs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200. Two dog maximum. No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 for renters.*** Note- Since taking photography, a new home has been built next door to this home. Deedee : Lantana by the Sea was both beautiful and comfortable to stay in. It had everything we needed to enjoy an amazing week at the beach. 360 Blue was responsive and helpful to us from the time I first talked with them about booking a trip until the time we checked out. They cared well for us and went above and beyond with anything we needed. I would definitely use them for my next vacation anywhere they operate!

Airbnb g: The house has fabulous views . The amenities are good also . The internet connection and speed needs improvement . Some minor things like laundry baskets and trash bins can be improved when larger groups are staying for longer times.

Keith : Had a few minor issues with normal wear and tear things that need to be addressed. Back sliding door was very difficult to open, ants in kitchen, slow drain in sink of a bathroom, tv was blue (but we weren't there to watch tv)! Overall, great experience and communication from Natural Retreats was great!

Todd : The response when our dishwasher wasn’t working was outstanding. A part was received the day after we first talked. It didn’t work, and a new dishwasher was installed within 3 hours. Outstanding!!!

Margaret S: The Cape San Blas team was responsive to our questions/problems while at Lantana by the Sea. We would like to address the concerns that we had so the owner is aware. The NR maintenance staff took care of: the dishwasher tripping the breaker causing it to not start; the clothes washing machine had black mold in the rubber casket which was treated; and the refrigerator was not cooling and our food was spoiling requiring a back up refrigerator to be put in the living room. We greatly appreciated that the owner responded to the need for deck furniture which we enjoyed.

Karen : well. . .I happened to book a vacation that coincided with Hurricane Sally. . .NR was quick to warn me of flooding and then move me to a safe location, where once I got through the brunt of the storm, I had a wonderful vacation. I have been visiting Cape San Blas (and the state park!) for over 20 years, and I really appreciate a business that focuses on the value of the natural environment.
