Welcome to Mermaid Lodge; an impeccable three-level gulf front home that boasts spectacular views and is just steps from the beach, a hot tub and outdoor firepit! The home comes replete with 4 bedrooms, 3 full-baths, and 3 half-baths, and can accommodate up to 12 guests, making it ideal for families and large groups. For your convenience, the home has an elevator—perfect for loading and unloading luggage.

The very well-equipped and stylish kitchen is located on the first floor. It features stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops and a breakfast bar that seats four, making it ideal for creating meals for a crowd.

Guests can enjoy their culinary creations at the eight-seat dining table located just off the kitchen. If you’d like to enjoy your food al fresco, there is access to a balcony with an outdoor dining area that features amazing gulf views.

The living room is situated adjacent to the dining room. It comes replete with a large sectional sofa, two armchairs, a wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV, and access to a balcony with outdoor seating.

The third floor features the Mermaid Lounge with a wet bar, pullout sofa, flatscreen TV, as well as a wall of windows overlooking the gulf.

After a day in the sun, guests can get some much-needed rest in four well-appointed bedrooms:

Bedroom 1:
There is a king-sized bedroom located on the first floor with a flatscreen TV, access to a balcony with impressive Gulf views, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanity and a shower.

Bedroom 2:
Another king-sized bedroom is located on the second floor. It features a flatscreen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanity, access to a balcony, as well as a shower and soaker tub.

Bedroom 3:
Ideal for the kids in your group, this second-floor bedroom offers two sets of queen-over-queen bunk beds, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and shares a hall bathroom.

Bedroom 4:
This second-floor bedroom boasts a queen bed with a hall bathroom with a shower-over-bath and dual vanity.

*Note - Due to the close vicinity of the gulf, this home is susceptible to shifting sand and erosion. At times the beach may not be as pictured.
*Note - The gas fireplace in the living room is not for guest use.
*Note- This home is equipped with a home elevator, due to the highly complicated nature of home elevators, it is possible that it may need repair or service. We cannot make guarantees about the availability of any home elevator due to the schedules of repair companies in rural areas.

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
