The first guest bedroom features a queen bed, while the second offers a king bed with doors opening to the spacious back porch. Guests may also access the back porch through the main hall. Doors open to splendid views of a vast community green and St. Joseph Bay. Relax on a chaise lounge while the kids play soccer on the grass! An open kitchen, dining, and living area take advantage of the expansive Bay views from the second floor. A large bunk room features 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds, a TV, and a lot of play space. A primary bedroom with a king bed and a private bathroom has doors that open to a spacious balcony. Guests will enjoy cooking in the delightful gourmet kitchen with a 6-burner gas stove, coffee nook, and an expansive island. A fabulous living area with a high, loft-style ceiling enjoys sweeping views of the balcony and the Bay. Guests can unwind in leather recliners and watch TV, or step onto the furnished balcony for neighborhood views. A large outdoor dining table, gas grill, hanging chairs, loungers, and a porch swing make this space irresistible! Guests can also bring a boat along for vacation! Guests can tie their boats to 8 anchor buoys in the basin (Bayside) and leave overnight. Please anchor the back of the boat with a personal anchor to ensure it's stable. Boat trailers must be parked in the area outside of the gate. The buoys are available first-come, first-serve. High tide is 3-4 ft, and low tide is 1-2 ft. Please be sure to anchor the back of the boat with your own anchor to ensure it's stable. The trailer will still need to be put in the parking area outside of the gate.
