Details: Relax is an adorable, Gulf-view, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex home in Cape San Blas that sleeps 6. Guests will love the large, screened-in porch with Emerald water views, the classic old-Florida vibe, and the quiet Cape location.

Relax is elevated on stilts and provides shaded parking and a gas grill beneath the home. Stairs lead to a spacious screened-in porch with beautiful views of the Gulf and a cafe table and chairs—perfect for dining outside. Sliding glass doors open to the home’s bright, airy living, kitchen, and dining area with tile floors and beach-inspired decor. A queen sleeper sofa and chairs face a 55” TV in the living area. A dining table seats 4, leading to a galley-style kitchen with lots of space to prepare beach snacks and meals. A guest bedroom off the kitchen shares a bathroom with the living area. A primary bedroom enjoys access to a private bathroom.

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

Airbnb g: We had such a beautiful trip and this house was everything we needed to feel at home. The home “Relax” had everything we needed to get started. We brought or bought our own food, seasonings, oil, etc. and everything else was supplied. The kitchen was charming and had enough room for us to cook before we sat to eat in the screened porch where we enjoyed watching and listing to the ocean. It feels very private for a duplex. We hope to rent both halves next time we come and bring more family. The beds are soooo comfortable and the sofa bed was actually really nice too. This is a clean and fresh place where you won’t find any supplies left behind by other renters so come prepared and you’ll be thrilled with this gem that is a few steps away from the most beautiful beach. We cannot wait to come back and “Relax”.

Anita : This is our fifth stay with 360 Blue (formerly Natural Retreats). We continue to rent through 360 for a 'peace of mind' vacation. Never any surprises- rentals are as pictured and usually even nicer than the photos show. If any issues arise in the home, they are promptly addressed. Their staff make you feel you are important as if you are their only renter.

Karen : The place was nice and cozy! Absolutely LOVED the screened in patio. Very convenient to the beach. My only complaints are the beds were very uncomfortable. The bathroom upstairs is very outdated and small that it's very hard to move around in the shower. Also the lighting in that bathroom is not good at all. If better mattresses could be placed on the beds, I would definitely book Relax again!

Phillip : Cape San Blas and 360 Blue are indescribable!!!! From the sandy white beaches to the excellent accommodations, we were living a dream for the week. The house was in perfect order with all the amenities and extras you could possibly need. From making reservations to the check out instructions, 360 Blue was in constant communication. I really enjoyed having someone personally text us a couple of days before we arrived because it was like we had our own representative to contact if we had any problems. 360 Blue will hopefully be the only rental company we ever use when we come to the Cape!!!!

Anita : This is our third stay through 360 Blue (formerly Natural Retreats). Same excellent service. Home was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Staff always responsive to questions or any issues that arise. Storm in area prior to our arrival. Home wi-fi was disrupted. Company providing wi-fi did not respond to requests for reconnection timely. The staff of 360 Blue drove an hour one way to obtain a MiFi portable router to provide us internet. This far exceeds service you would receive from another rental company.

Ellen : Hello our experience with natural retreats was exceptional our concerns were promptly addressed our calls were answered we were so pleased with them we recommended them to a new owner on the cape who was looking for a rental agency. We told him how we were treated versus another company he was looking at so in the end he told us he was going to go with Natural Retreats. We will be back as we are all booked for next winter see ya soon.

Karen : The place was set up nicely with supplies such as laundry soap, dish soap, towels, etc...We had an issue with the washing machine and someone came out the morning after I sent the message. The location to the beach and the price were great! We didn't end up bringing our pets and they refunded the pet fee immediately upon me calling!!
