DETAILS: Seashore Villa is an adorable 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom Cape San Blas home that sleeps 15. This classic Florida cottage features 2 generous front porches and has dedicated Gulf and Bay access! Guests will also have access to a community pool and clubhouse once construction is completed.

An area to cook fresh-caught seafood on a gas grill and a comfortable porch welcome guests staying at Seashore Villa. Stepping inside, guests will find a spacious open living, dining, and kitchen area with vinyl floors and a beach-friendly interior. A queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, and 2 armchairs face a 60” TV and enjoy views of the front porch. A dining table with bench seating is conveniently located next to the kitchen, making it easy to enjoy a quick snack or meal together. The cozy kitchen has everything guests need, including stainless-steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and a dine-in kitchen counter that seats 4. A guest bedroom off the dining area includes a 50” Smart TV and utilizes a shared bathroom.

Upstairs are 3 additional guest bedrooms and a bunk room. A guest bedroom has private access to the front balcony. Chairs and a small side table provide a comfortable place to unwind and enjoy the sunset. A bunkroom and a second guest bedroom are across the hall. The primary bedroom enjoys private access to the front balcony.
