The San Box is a modern beachfront house offering a private boardwalk to the gulf and nearby Saint Joseph's Bay offers ample opportunity for kayaking, snorkeling, and, fishing.

The newly constructed 4-bedroom home overlooks the Gulf with beach views from two levels of wide, covered decks. On the ground floor, you will find convenient covered parking, a BBQ grill, private pool, and an outdoor shower with plenty of space for all your beach gear. Take the private walkway directly to the water for sandcastles and fun in the waves, or cool off at your fenced-in private swimming pool.

Inside, an open-concept living area greets you on the second floor with high ceilings and modern furnishings. A comfy, full-length sofa and matching loveseat frame a large flat-screen TV for movie nights after a day at the beach, while the kitchen offers plenty of room for social cooking with four seats at the breakfast bar. Seat 6-8 guests at the formal dining table, or enjoy dinner with a view at the al fresco dining table on the deck.

With three couple’s suites and bunk bed room, The San Box is idea for large families or a group of friends. Each bedroom is uniquely styled with modern beach decor. The primary and guest primary bedrooms each have a private entrance to the deck and en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a step-in shower. All bedrooms have wall-paneled TVs.

The bunk room has an en-suite bathroom, and guests of the fourth bedroom have a full, shared bathroom on the main level. Guests also have a private washer and dryer for convenience.

In addition to its beachfront location, The San Box has its own private pool for guests to enjoy.

This home lies just across the road from the 8-mile Logger Head walking and biking path. This path runs from the beginning of Cape San Blas Road to the State Park, making The San Box is a great choice for biking and walking enthusiasts that don’t want to give up their lifestyle even on vacation.

*Salinas Park is within walking distance with a volleyball court, restrooms, and screened picnic areas. For shopping, Port St. Joe is less than ten miles away and Apalachicola is 23 miles.

*We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs (40 lbs or less) for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200. No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 for renters.

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
