Description

A wonderful vacation in Cape San Blas awaits you at Tides That Bind—a spectacular 4-bedroom, 3-bath home that can accommodate 10 guests. Enjoy stunning Gulf facing water views from the home’s several balconies, along with an outdoor shower, access to the community pool, and a short walk to the beach!

The first floor of the home features a stylish and well-equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space for meal prep, as well as stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. Access to a balcony is situated off the kitchen. Guests can enjoy their meals in the dining area, located adjacent to the kitchen.

The living room is situated just off the dining area. It comes replete with plenty of comfortable seating, a flatscreen wall-mounted TV, and access to the home’s front balcony with outdoor seating.

There’s a king-sized bedroom on the first floor with a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, closet space, and access to a balcony.

There is a bathroom located down the hall that features a walk-in shower with a rain head shower system, as well as a spacious vanity.

The remaining three bedrooms are located on the second level of the home:

There is a king-sized bedroom that features a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, as well as access to a shared screened-in balcony with lovely views of the Gulf.

The children in your group are sure to enjoy the bunk room, which comes replete with two twin-over-twin bunks, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and access to the balcony that is shared with the king bedroom.

These two bedrooms share a hall bath with a tub-over-shower.

The third bedroom on the second floor features a king-sized bed, an en-suite bath with shower, a spacious closet and access to a private screened-in balcony with Gulf views.

*We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs under 25lbs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200.

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

Kara : Beautiful clean open bright home. Lots of stairs. Master is upstairs. Very comfortable. Great for families. Pool, boardwalk & beach not far from home.

Airbnb g: We enjoyed our stay at this home. The house was even more beautiful than the photos. The home has a lot of stairs, master is upstairs so keep that in mind. Great for large families. A lot of the home we never even used. Very comfortable & clean home. The beach boardwalk was unfortunately closed for a few days so that was a little tricky with the wagon but ended up opening up later in week. The pool is closed now for new wood. No hot tub. I would love to return if we could afford a summer trip there in the future!

Jennifer : The house was immaculate in a beautiful setting. Well stocked and check out was a breeze. WiFi was unreliable (but not totally necessary) and no gate code was given for check in so that’s the only reason I gave it a 9. We sincerely hope to stay with Natural Retreats in the future!!!
