Description

Too Easy at Dunes Club offers Gulf-front living at its best! This three-bedroom, two-bath condo can comfortably accommodate six guests and features stunning Gulf views and private community beach access.

The primary bedroom is well-appointed with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, an en suite bathroom, and access to the fully furnished deck, with its amazing views of the Gulf. The second bedroom has a queen bed, shared access to the home's second full bathroom, and a flat-screen TV. The third bedroom comes is perfect for the kids in the group, replete with bunk beds and its own television.

After a day lounging by the private community pool or strolling along the beach, enjoy a family meal prepared in the well-equipped kitchen, or sip a glass of wine while taking in the water views from the deck. The spacious living room is the ideal place for the family to gather to watch the latest blockbuster on the flat-screen TV in the evening.

*NOTE- while the photos show a grill on the deck, the grill has since been removed due to a rules change in the building which no longer allows grills.

Airbnb g: Awesome place on CSB! Quiet condo community, right on the beach. Has a pool, but is not heated during the winter months. Walkable to Salinas Park (playground, boardwalks, pickle ball courts, etc) and bike able to Scallop Cove and other restaurants. About a 15 minute drive to Port Saint Joe, 5 minute drive to Indian Pass, and 30 minute drive to Apalachicola. I would highly recommend staying here if you have a small group, looking for a peaceful beach getaway!

Airbnb g: My husband and I enjoyed our first stay in Cape San Blas. We are used to staying in busier cities on the panhandle, so this was a nice change of pace. We loved the large balcony and huge windows in the living room and bedroom looking out on the beach. The pool was convenient and there was a boardwalk that took you right to the beach. No crowds and super dog friendly. Lots of great seafood on the Cape or in nearby Port St. Joe. We even took a day trip to St. George Island, which was wonderful. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet, less tourist-filled vacation, especially if you are looking to bring your dogs!

Kara : The stay was amazing but I was more amazed at the customer service we received. We had a complaint due to my son being too loud. He is severely autistic and nonverbal so he makes loud noises sometimes. So I was extremely worried and started to stress about it and the person who I texted with about it, was more than understanding and made sure to let us know to enjoy the time and not worry, on top of sharing that they understood what we were dealing it. It meant the world to us, more then others can realize. We will be back next year, but will try for a bottom apartment instead still. Thank you so much.

Elise : Condo was great except the mattresses were really uncomfortable. Not normally a big issue but for 2 people with bad backs, after 5 days it was hard to sleep. Everything else was AWESOME!!!!
