Nestled among age-old Pines, Tree House sits within a short walking distance of the beautiful sugar-white sandy beaches of North Cape San Blas. This unique house has 2 bedrooms plus an open loft area, and three full bathrooms. This house is perfect for a small family or couples wanting a cozy get-away.

A wide deck completely surrounds the house and provides a respite from sun or rain. A large parking area also provides space for a boat or other motorized water toys.

We are happy welcome up to 2 dogs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200. No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 for renters.

Telleen : We had a great time at the Treehouse. Everything we needed for two little kids and two adults to celebrate the Fourth of July at the beach. Super close not only to the beach but to a general store (had fresh selection of fruits, eggs, etc. And items you may have forgotten) and the ice cream/donut spot. My only suggestion would be depending on your stay make sure you bring garbage bags, dish soap, extra toilet paper and cooking seasonings (salt/pepper, oils, etc.). I did bring most of that but forgot salt and pepper, they provided some little ones which was a nice surprise but we ran out near the end of the week. Beds were pretty comfortable. As with many beach houses, if you need absolute darkness to sleep in or take a nap you'll want to bring eye covers, curtains don't block everything. Would definitely come back.

Jena : Your property offered us the perfect home away from home during quarantine. We were able to work and school during the day in a change of location that made the beginning of December's work and school not so bad. Since we did not have or want to go anywhere but to the beach we brought our food and cooked every night. We lacked for nothing in the kitchen. The house was perfect for two people working and schooling all day long...enough space...not quite enough internet all of the time...but we made it through with just the two of us. The wrap around porch allowed us to be outside even when it was raining and the proximity to the beach couldn't have been better. Natural retreats was super responsive whenever I reached out and someone was there in minutes to help us out with minor issues.You helped me accomplish an impromptu trip where my goals were to keep safe, be able to work, leave Chicago behind completely, social distance and listen to the water all the time. The washer and dryer were such a convenience. We loved the loft area for extra space. The water was hot and plentiful for showers and the views amazing. Even though I was told by my neighbors NOT to tell anyone in Chicago about Cape San Blas because they want to keep it to themselves! I did tell a few folx. Thanks.
