DETAILS: Vista Blue is a stunning 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom beachfront home that sleeps 11 in the Indian Pass neighborhood of beautiful Cape San Blas. This pet-friendly property is located along a quiet stretch of coastline with expansive Gulf views from the multi-level decks. Guests will love the private boardwalk with direct access to the beach from the sandy grounds that stretch directly to the Forgotten Coast.

This raised, 2-level home rests above a patio area with an outdoor shower to wash off sandy feet and a gas grill to cook up the fresh catch of the day—perfect for outdoor entertainment.

A light-filled living area greets guests on the main level with an open floor plan between the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Styled with new furnishings, the living area offers a relaxing space to watch a movie on the large-screen TV or gaze out on the Gulf through a wall of glass doors. This room opens onto a furnished covered deck with an alfresco dining table and a 2-seat bar table for seamless indoor/outdoor dining. The well-appointed kitchen features high-end appliances and a spacious pantry to prepare meals and stock snacks easily. A quaint breakfast bar seats 2, while the traditional dining area seats 10 more. A convenient bunk room on the main level boasts a twin-over-twin bed with a large TV and sitting area. There’s also a washer and dryer on the main level.

With 4 bedrooms on the upper level, each room features classic beach decor and new furnishings—1 primary bedroom with a king bed and 1 guest bedroom with a queen bed, both enjoy private access to a Gulf-front deck, 1 guest bedroom with a queen bed and large picture window, and 1 bunk room with a twin-over-twin bed and 1 extra twin bed. So much comfort and space!

Vista Blue is a tranquil escape steps away from the Gulf with access to snorkeling, kayaking, fishing, and more. With on-site parking for 4 vehicles, exploring some of the country’s most scenic golf courses, wildlife preserves, and forests is easy. This prime location, with an open layout and total privacy, makes Vista Blue an ideal retreat for extended families and groups of friends.

*We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200.

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

*There will be construction beside this home starting in late October 2023.

Airbnb g: We spent a week at Vista Blue with our family and had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of storage for all of our things. We cooked in all but one night and really enjoyed the kitchen and the dining options. There is a great ocean view from both the inside and the outside dining tables. The living room space is comfortable and easily accommodated all of us. The bathrooms are very nice with plenty of soft plush towels and a nice little toiletries package. The bedrooms were also comfortable with plenty of closet space. We really enjoyed the outdoor living spaces. Great views of sunrise and sunset and the ocean from both decks. It’s a very short walk down the boardwalk to the beach where we spent a lot of time. The outdoor shower under the house has hot water and we used it every day. The house was so nice, it made our vacation very special!

Airbnb g: We’ve been coming to the panhandle (usually Rosemary Beach) since 2003. It’s gotten too crowded up at 30A (Seaside/Rosemary, etc.) so we’ve been coming to Cape San Blas. This was our first time at Indian Pass. We had the beach to ourselves (unheard of on the panhandle) and the dolphins came within 30 feet of the shore, almost every day. I’ve never seen that. The water was mostly muddy brown, though, and not the fault of the homeowners but nature. Not sure if it was an abnormality or how it normally is here with the Apalachicola River emptying into the nearby bay, which empties into the Gulf. The night skies were a Bortle 2!!! If you know anything about light pollution, then you will know this is a rare gem. When skies were clear we saw the Milky Way and Scorpio and countless other constellations. Bonfires on the beach (no permit required) and dogs on the beach (no permit) are another HUGE bonus to rent this place. Beautiful home, fun kites (we bought and left a Batman one), puzzles, beach at your backyard. Totally would recommend this home. Rented bikes but unless you ride right at the shore (hard wet sand) it’s too difficult to ride on the beach. We didn’t use grill but it looked decent. I also recommend the WW2 museum in Carabella (45 minutes away) at Camp Gordon Johnston. Amazing collection for such a tiny museum. Joe Mama’s Pizza is the BEST!! Order there for sure!!

Airbnb g: We had a wonderful week at the Vista Blue! Check in was easy and communication was great! The kitchen was well stocked (we love to cook!) and also had kid friendly cups/plates/utensils which is wonderful for us as we had 4 under the age of 4 with our group! The pictures were an accurate description of the home. We saw dolphins almost every day we were there, they would even come up very close to shore! The beach was not crowded at all. The house was also stocked with games and kid beach gear! We would definitely come back to this house for a future vacation.

Daphne : Great communication and the house was as advertised. The guide received prior to arrival is most helpful. It is also nice to not have to deal with taking the trash cans out or stripping the beds or washing the towels. Great clean house and the extra touches go a long way! Appreciate it.
