We have been traveling to Destin for close to 10 years and so far, out of all of the property companies we have worked with, 360 Blue is at the top for the exceptional service! From the start of the process, the quality and prompt manner of the actual employees as it relates to customer service was fantastic! Being able to discuss the rental options and specifics beforehand with a live human employee made all the difference for us. After booking, the informative emails were amazing - offering a lot of great details that many would want leading up to their arrival. Upon arrival, we appreciated all of the startup toiletries and were impressed with the kitchen items (olive oil, salt/pepper, dish detergent, etc.)...all a very nice touch paired with the beach bag & towels - LOVED IT! To top it off, the parting gift was just a WOW factor. Really impressed with the property and would 100% recommend to others - actually already have to many while on our trip and family members currently lookin...

The condo was great and stocked well and beautiful. Beds were very comfortable as well. We love the Villa Coyaba. Only big issue was the beach chair guy. This was NOT Hunter but the other guy working there. At the end of the one of the days we were there without warning he came up to pick up our chairs. We all got up and started getting out things instead of giving us a minute, he started throwing what we had not picked up yet on the sand (clothing, bags and a new iPhone). He was rude and said that pick up was at 5. He could have given us a minute to get our things as we were standing right there so this was not justified at all. Other than that, we had a wonderful time.

I had never used 360 before. I would recommend if coming by car to bring paper products including tp, only one extra roll for each bathroom for the week. Also pack 7 pods for dishwasher. I brought detergent for washing machine.Also nothing in kitchen, bring salt, pepper, any spices. The condo was lovely and comfortable for the six of us. Had a wonderful birthday week!!!! Loved the private beach!!!

This condo was by far the best place we have ever stayed in florida. The close proximity to all the best restaurants and shopping has to be one of the spots in all of Destin! We hope to make another visit to Villa Coyaba in the future.

We had such a great trip! Beautiful condo with everything we needed, ice machine was the best with the hot weather, and we never ran out. The 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, were perfect for us and our 3 grown children and their significant others. Location on the first floor in the corner was perfect. Very private and easy to just walk right out the sliding door to the pool and beach. Felt very safe, wasn't as crowded as other beach, and we would set up our other beach chairs in front of and behind our free 2 chairs that came w the condo. We used the grills x2 to cook a few dinners too which was nice. They also enjoyed being able to work out in the gym area. I like this area vs more of the western part of Destin by the high rise condos, a little quieter, but yet close to shopping and restaurants. Also the underground parking was a plus, kept the car cooler than it sitting in the hot sun! Highly recommend, and I looked at a lot of options. Would definitely come back!

We loved staying at villa coyaba. This was our first time and we will definitely be back. I have three older children and the king size beds was what drove us initially to the condo. The king size beds fit my daughter, husband and toddler and The rooms where very spacious. The condo was on the beach and had a very short walk to the beach. The beach chairs were a nice add and the heated pool allowed us to enjoy the pool when the weather was a little chilly. Typically we stay in Navarre but I'm a Destin girl now. There where multiple golf courses for my husband and many places to go that was close. We will be back. Everyone in our party had a great time!

We needed a condo for 3 couples and 2 children, of which included my disabled father who has a scooter. this condo was PERFECT. Because it was on the bottom floor he could easily scoot to the beautiful cooking area and grill out while still seeing the beach. The private beach was wonderful though I disliked that the beach chairs were the folding kind that could not lie completely flat. The condo itself was very well appointed. We appreciated that there were plenty of dishes and the ice maker was a blessing! Every member of my family said how it was the best place we have ever stayed, and we have stayed in lots of places. We will definitely want to stay again. The location of a 10 min walk to a drink place didn't hurt either! This place was so good that if you need a ""poster family"" to brag about it we volunteer as tribute!

We had a great time on our family vacation. We were 8 adults and 3 children and our accommodations were perfect. The unit that we stayed in was very nice and the management staff was responded very promptly and in a friendly!!! Also the guys setting up the umbrella's and chairs were very friendly and frequently asked if we needed anything!! This was our second trip to VC and we look forward to our return trip!! Our daughter and her family (military) recently moved to Niceville from AZ. We know that her husband will be deployed this year so a lot of family members from NJ, PA, TX and GA wanted to come to FL to spend Christmas with them. Since she did not have enough room for all of us, we rented the condo. My husband and I, our son, our other daughter, her husband and our 20 month old granddaughter stayed in the condo. It worked out fantastic! It was in a great location (close to the Mid Bay Bridge and Niceville). We cooked a lot of meals at the condo, would have all the family over to eat and then walk on the beach. We played cards on the patio, swam in the nice warm pool, saw dolphins & a very cool stingray, watched every gorgeous sunset and later the moonrise. With a baby in the condo, we also got to watch every beautiful sunrise! We loved that it was an end unit on the ground level with a nice patio area. The views were absolutely gorgeous. We look forward to renting this lovely condo agai...

This was the 2nd time we did a girls trip to Destin and the Villa Coyaba property. This unit was different than our first but also very nice. The location, pool, and access to the beach are outstanding. The 360 Blue management was very responsive and everyone was extremely nice. We had a great family vacation here! The condo was very spacious and met our needs perfectly. We loved the location of our condo. It was close to everything. It had great beach access and a nice pool. We loved the convenience of having the 2 beach chairs and umbrella reserved on the beach for us everyday.The only thing we didn't like was the number of visitor parking spots available in the parking garage. We had 3 vehicles and only 2 parking spots. We had a difficult time getting a spot for our third vehicle. Once a spot opened up we grabbed it and left that vehicle there for the entire week! All things considered, that was not a big problem. We had an amazing time on the beach and enjoyed our family time.The property management people were very nice and helpful and called to check on us several times. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Destin and would stay here again if we ever come back.

Wonderful week spent with the whole family at this beautiful condo. This was our fourth year at Villa Coyaba and it was perfect! The condo had everything we needed. We love staying her and #108 on the bottom floor is great with the grandkids. The beach was perfect and the water was clear and beautiful! We had a fun week celebrating and being together!!

Possibly our best spring break ever! Condo exceeded our expectations in every way...location of building is convenient to everything, location of unit can't be beat! Ice maker built in to the cabinets was my favorite appliance...we never ran out of ice for our coolers! All beds were incredibly comfortable and the bedrooms very quiet. Beach service was terrific and utilized every day due to the phenomenal weather. Teens loved the bikes and rode every day on the flat, paved walkways overlooking the beach along Scenic 98. Evenings were spent playing cards on the patio watching the ocean and the sunset and listening to the waves. Lots of fond memories made on this trip!

We have been coming to VC 108 for at least 7 yrs w/ 3 generations for one stay then two a Summer. Sadly with one payor for the rising costs we are getting priced out. I know someone will pay but with more builds and desiring family atmosphere $ aren't everything. We have seen the entrepreneurs and staff grow and respect there help and friendliness. We've only stayed in any other unit there once and love the location and end unit w/ underground parking. This time the family or type of grp atmosphere seemed to be changing some for the worse. The unit was dirty as it always is around and on furniture and floors. We know the turn around time for cleaning crew is tremendous and tried to be encouraging on departure. We would back in a heartbeat if prices more manageable.

We love Villa Coyaba and have stayed there several times! The units are beautiful, spacious and perfectly located. When we first arrived, we found several areas were left very dirty: the kitchen overall and the tile floors throughout. We contacted the manager and the situation was dealt with quickly. We want to give a special call-out to Deanna and Joey (Cal's Custom Cleaning) who promptly came the next morning and did a superb job re-cleaning. They were courteous, professional and surpassed our expectations. We had a wonderful week and plan to return in 2017.

This was our third year to take a family vacation the first week of May. Our second at Villa Coyaba. We have 9 in our group including two toddlers boys under age 2. Villa Coyaba is wonderful. We did not have any problems. Love the corner room. It was beautiful and very comfortable. The weather was wonderful. I have never seen the ocean so clear and beautiful. The boys loved the patio pushing their trucks and toys around. Our oldest daughter got engaged on this trip so it will be an extra special place for us. We will definiately be back!

We have stayed at Villa Coyaba 108 for the last five years. It is a girls week with our Moms. The location is perfect to allow our mothers the option of sitting on the patio or walking down and enjoying the beach. The staff at 360 that are on duty address issues promptly. I would like to make the owners aware of a few things we noticed this stay. The tile floors really need to be deep cleaned my mother walked from her bedroom to the den and her feet were black. The carpets seem to need cleaning.The smoke alarm seems to be a little sensitive it would go off with the smallest amount of smoke. I know these are small issues and did not stop us from enjoying our week at the beach because we have a hold on the condo for the same week next year. Thank you for a lovely week!!

We really enjoyed this trip. The condo was absolutely fabulous and was beyond our expectations. We did not need for anything. Decorated and furnished very nice. Beds comfy and everyone slept well. Lots of room and kitchen fully functional with all of the necessities and then some. We will be back in November...for a month!

10 senior ladies stayed in 108, Villa Coyaba for a week and we loved, loved our stay and the unit was perfect. we especially loved that it was a western corner unit to get the extra row of windows and the gorgeous skies in the evening. we get a 1st floor unit and this patio was very private but you could still see everything. we were also very pleased with 360 Blue. they answered our questions pleasantly and immediately- even about locations for a Catholic Church! And even sent the websites for each church!!! the workers they sent to the condo were very prompt, personable and helpful. the unit was beautifully and tastefully decorated. thank you for helping make our 2014 Senior Trip a fun and memorable trip.

Overall the stay was great. Fantastic location. We lost power from a storm for about 4 hours but the property and emergency phone line was very helpful. After the storm the cable box in the living room stopped working. I called the property on Monday and they had someone come out that day and replace the cable box when we weren't there. It was very inconvenient to have these two issues but I was impressed with the timeliness of the fixes. I paid for a crib and highchair ahead of time and noticed there was a $15 setup fee for both. However, both were sitting outside the front door when we arrived and we had to set them up ourselves. I felt like the condo could have been a little cleaner, especially the floors and pantry weren't very clean. There weren't any extra paper towels or trash bags. The soap, shampoo, dish washer soap didn't last very long. I'm not sure if you were intending on supplying these things for the entire stay but if so, they weren't enough. Great app and online tools....

Our entire family enjoyed our week at VC 108 very much! We would love to return next year if our schedules can coincide! We lved being on the ground floor! EVERYONE said how comfortable the beds were! I agreed 100%!! We enjoyed the quiet building and all facilities! Also, a huge thank you to ""Steve"" our beach attendant! He made our beachtime even more amazing! He remembered our names snd even who all our party was and knew to reconnect us all each day on the waterfront. Very relaxing stay with pristine weather! We loved our stay at VC 108! Beautiful condo, comfortable facility, gorgeous beach. We try different beaches and condos on the gulf every year. I think we've finally found one we want to return to.

We had a wonderful family vacation in Destin! Our condo was wonderful! Very surprised that the kitchen had all supplies needed, and the beds were so comfy. Didn't want to leave!! God bless all of you! And I love the 360 blue app.

Really enjoyed unit 108. It was especially nice to have the end unit with windows to let the sunshine in. The weather was a little disappointing but the beach was beautful as always. Missing it already.
