DETAILS: Lakefront home in Destin! Private pool and spacious yard! This professionally decorated home at 68 Tranquility Lane is filled with farmhouse chic furnishings, top-of-the-line appliances and designer cabinetry. It's located just a few blocks from the beach and sits lake front with a private pool and spa, spacious yard and complete privacy. In addition, 5 bikes and a 6 seater golf cart come with the home for guests to enjoy a leisurely stroll throughout the neighborhood.

The first floor of the home is anchored by the open kitchen and living room. The kitchen features premium stainless-steel appliances, marble countertops, and seating for 8 at the dining table and breakfast bar. The cozy living area includes a large sectional to gather around the fireplace and flat-screen TV. It also leads to the outdoor entertainment area and pool deck, with unobstructed lake views. The pool deck includes a pool, hot tub, full sized closed in bathroom with a walk in shower, and a large gas grill. Down the hallway, a primary suite with a private access to the pool and lake views, includes an ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a soaking tub inside of the walk-in shower. A bunk room is adjacent with 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds and a half-bathroom.

Upstairs the remaining guest rooms all include king beds, with an additional twin-over-twin bunk bed and private bathroom in the last one. There is also a secondary living room with a wet bar and access to the balcony. The first two bedrooms have a shared bathroom and there is a half bathroom in the hallway.

Renae : We found a leak that had been there for a couple years probably. The guy that came was great, fast and helpful and I was still able to have all my guests taken care of. :)

David : Staying at this house was such an amazing experience! It was so comfortable and had space for everyone even my married children who had their own room with a bathroom attached. The pool was amazing and the golf cart was such a blast. We also used the bicycles and just really enjoyed being there. The area is quiet and gated and just a real pleasure. You should stay at this house!

Brenda : Tranquility tides was a beautiful home. We enjoyed it so much. It is so nice to have a pool to come back to after a day at the beach, especially when you have toddlers. The club house pool was also nice for the teens in our group. We found the house really clean except for the trash in the garage. We had to get bleach and clean the trash containers out ( they were full of maggots🤢). This is our second stay with 360 blue and definitely will not be our last.

Rob : We have stayed at this home the last two years and it is wonderful. My only feedback is that the kitchen pans need to be updated and replaced. There were only 2 wine glasses in the house. Bar glasses are lacking.

Robin : Our accommodations was very very nice and comfortable. The furniture was nice and modern and clean. The few problems that was discovered upon arrival was taken care of immediately. The hot tub did not work but they had ordered a part that didn’t arrive during our stay. But we also had access to the neighborhood pool area which was very nice. I would definitely rent from them again

Kellie H: We loved staying at this property! We had 10 people in all and everyone was so comfortable. The huge kitchen made eating in a breeze. Beds were comfortable... it was a little warm in the downstairs bedrooms, but upstairs stayed cool. Lovely pool area to cool off after the beach. Our favorite part were the chaise lounges overlooking the beautiful lake. So peaceful! Would highly recommend this property!

Dennis b: Although the week started off with a couple hurdles, 360 Blue addressed the issues promptly! 11 of us stayed at the house! We enjoyed coming back for some pool time after being on the beach all day! The golf cart and bikes were perfect. Despite not having use of the stove for the week due to a repair issue, we would return!
