Details: The Destin is a 5–bedroom, 5–bathroom home that sleeps 18 with wrap–around balconies perched
within view of the Gulf in the gated community of Destiny East. A large private pool, game room, 2
primary bedrooms, outdoor kitchen, and gorgeous Gulf views will wow guests.

Guests staying on the first floor enjoy quick access to the patio, swimming pool, an outdoor grill and
kitchen. A relaxed living area with a gas fireplace also has a foosball table to
keep the fun going when the weather turns gray. Guests may choose between a bedroom with 2
full–over–queen bunk beds with a private bathroom with shower or a guest bedroom with a queen bed
and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

An open kitchen and living area on the second floor take advantage of the Gulf views. Guests can
unwind in comfortable sofas and armchairs by a gas fireplace and enjoy the natural light pouring in from
the windows and sliding glass doors that open to the balcony. Enjoy breakfast with a view of the Gulf on
the balcony, or dine at the dining table—both are within steps of the kitchen, making it easy to prep
food with a house full of guests. Tucked away from the living area is a primary bedroom with a king bed
and a queen sleeper sofa with a private bathroom.

On the third floor is a spacious primary bedroom with incredible views from windows that wrap around
the room. A king bed and queen sleeper sofa face sliding glass doors that open to a generous balcony
with chaise lounge chairs and a hammock swing. A private bathroom has walk-in closets, a soaking tub
with jets, and a separate shower. A guest bedroom across the hall has a queen bed and private
bathroom with a shower.

Guests staying at The Destin may also enjoy a large community pool and the extra privacy of being

This beach house sleeps 18, has 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a pool, golf cart, fully furnished house and kitchen, ocean view balconies on 3 levels and across the street from absolute paradise…beach sand so soft and clean, ocean waters so crystal clear it glistens for miles!!! Whether you are looking for a sisters trip, a family vacation, reunion, romantic getaway or a memorable gift experience, I highly highly HIGHLY recommend @myfloridavacationhome Can’t wait to go back…it’s not a matter of IF…just a matter of WHEN we go back!
