Newly constructed and professionally decorated, this beach retreat was designed to provide petite views of the Gulf from the third-floor living area as well as the 14-foot wide screened porch. On the second floor, you will find an additional common area and spacious deck where you can enjoy your favorite ice-cold beverage while surrounded by lush, natural vegetation. This home has an elevator for easy access to all three floors - 2 primary suites, 2 guest bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and wonderful accommodations for up to ten guests, making it the perfect spot for multiple families. When you're ready for some fun in the sun, head down to the beach access, which is less than a 5-minute walk away, and neighbors the secluded beaches of Topsail State Park. Prepare your favorite meal in the fully-equipped kitchen or venture out to any delectable dining venues scattered along Scenic Highway 30A. Whether you're vacationing to explore or escape from the everyday life's hustle and bustle, this home is sure to provide!     We had a wonderful stay in this home. This house is perfect for a vacation for a multigenerational family. And the elevator is very convenient for groceries and luggage. The location is perfect as it’s surrounded by trees and very calm and quiet and super close walking distance to the beach. The golf cart was an added bonus. The house had all the amenities we needed and so many great, relaxing porches. We would definitely stay here again.

    This is our third year in a row to rent this house... and we don't plan on stopping. Truly the best location, great price and all of the amazing amenities are so much fun. The golf cart + 4 bikes provides for endless fun for our kids, the elevator is AMAZING when hauling groceries up the stairs, the beds are amazingly comfy - this house truly feels like home. Can't wait for next year!!
