This home was recently remodeled in 2021 to reflect a stunning coastal feel with brand new appliances, countertops, and furniture. The first floor of the home begins with an entry that leads to a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer and a bunk room with 2 twin-over-full bunk beds. The bunk room shares a full bathroom with the hallway, which has a shower/tub combination.

The second level of the home encompasses the living and kitchen area, which opens up directly to the screened-in porch. The kitchen features sparkling white quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances. There is room for 10 people to eat comfortably at both the kitchen's bar and dining table. The living room also features 2 cozy sofas and chairs around the flat-screen TV. The remaining bedrooms can also be found on this floor, beginning with the primary suite, which has a king bed and private bathroom. The next room has a queen bed and private bathroom, while the neighboring room has a king bed and private bathroom. The final guest room features 2 full-size beds with a private bathroom.

Kiel S: I have been coming down to this area for about 25 years with my family. Gulf Trace is our favorite beach. This house was one of the best we have ever stayed in. The pool and distance to beach was excellent. We loved the lay out of the house and room!!! We will be staying at this house again and using 360 Blue again!!!!

Paige S: We loved our stay at Fair Dunkin! The house was beautifully renovated with very comfortable beds! It was great for our family of 11 with 3 teenagers. The house is the closest we've ever stayed to the beach - only a three minute walk. The thought that went into the ceiling fans were much appreciated! It really helped to cool us down after a hot day. The porch was great for late afternoon/evening family time! We'd definitely stay here again! A couple of minor things. First, there is construction right next door and across the street. It would have been nice to know this as they start their day at 7am because of the heat. Just be prepared for the power tools if you are a late sleeper. The house sleeps 14, but there were only 10 forks. The rental company quickly remedied this, but it's the first time I've ever had to request cutlery. The rental bikes were some of worst bikes we've had on 30a. Not a deal breaker, but it was frustrating.

Sylvia R: My family gathered for a vacation on 30A. Eight of us came from Arkansas and Georgia. We stayed in a beautiful house one block from the beach. We enjoyed beach time, swimming in our pool, cooking together, eating out in local restaurants, and playing games. It was a wonderful week!

Steven M: Just finished a great family vacation. The house was perfect for my family. With 6 young kids we ate in most nights. My only complaint is with the kitchen utensils. We only had 14 forks so we were constantly washing silverware. There was no colander to drain pasta. No pot holders. Ice maker was very slow. Other than kitchen issues our stay was very enjoyable. Thank you.
