The first floor, with its open floor plan, provides an ideal space for guests to enjoy time in the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Shades of blue throughout the decor create a tranquil and refreshing feel to this main living space and offers a comfortable sectional sofa that includes a queen sized sleeper, a large, mounted flat-screen television provide a large space to relax. The nearby dining area offers a large dining table and bench seating, with seats for an additional four guests at the breakfast bar. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample cabinet space. The first-floor primary bedroom boasts a beautiful king bed, a mounted flat-screen television and a beautiful private bathroom with a glass-front shower, a separate spa tub, a separate toilet room, and a large vanity with double sinks.

On the second floor, a bunk area offers a full-over-full bunk bed, a comfortable sofa, and a mounted flat-screen television - a perfect area for the youngsters in your group! Two additional guest rooms feature luxurious king beds, mounted flat-screen televisions, and private bathrooms with glass-front showers. The third guest room on this floor offers two full-over-full bunk beds, a mounted flat-screen television, and a private bathroom with a glass-front shower and single vanity. The home's fourth bedroom is second-floor primary bedroom, which boasts a beautiful king bed and a private bathroom with a spa tub, separate toilet room, and a glass-front shower. Tiffany : Management team was very fast at responding during open hours. The house we rented was amazing! Was fully stocked with everything we really needed to cook/eat with. The grill was unusable though. Maybe clean out the plates? They would catch on fire easily. The location was amazing! Only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Everyone was quiet and kept to themselves. Would 100% come back with a big group.

Jennifer : 360 blue was very accommodating and house was excellent for our stay. Well stocked with everything in the kitchen imaginable. Toiletries provided and gifts, awesome. Brief walk to beach within gated community. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping plaza and outlets. Wonderful vacation

Traci : We enjoyed the house the short walk to the beach was convenient. The house was clean and well appointed with everything needed to cook meals. The only problem for our group was the lower bunks were extremely low to the ground/on the floor. The bunks are fine for children but can be challenging for some adults. Overall I would recommend the property, management provided excellent service.

craig : Location perfect, amenities amazing, kitchen supplies to prepare meals were also amazing (need new fry pans). Prompt on returning my calls with the few small issues we had, beds were all very comfortable except master bedroom upstairs (horrible needs replacing)lol it was mine. Overall this was a very good home for our family getaway and it accommodated 17 of us with room to spare.

Brian : The staff was very responsive. The home was clean and the features were as advertised. One issue that we had was that the pool heater kept malfunctioning. The staff sent a maintenance person out quickly each time we called, but the problem did persist. Eventually we got tired of calling. Overall it was a great experience I just wish that if we had to pay to heat the pool that it would have worked the entire time. I would say that I would recommend a 360 property to friends and family in the future.

Nicole R: We were a group of 21 and had an amazing time at this property. Except for a few mishaps that were addressed fairly quickly we loved the house/area. It was perfectly located close the restaurants, supermarket and most importantly the beach, which was stunning. We will definitely be coming back!

Sharon H: Our party had 15(6 kids, 1 infant) The house was very nice upon arrival. Everything was clean and ready for use. A few awesome, unexpected surprises were a second fridge in garage and an ice maker in kitchen. The ice maker was really awesome. The house had plenty of room for all the families. The deck, pool, and grill were all working and a great addition to the property. We arrived a week after a hurricane hit southern FL. The storm didn't actually effect our stay or the property at all. The first 2-3 days the surf was a bit rough and there was more than usual seaweed on beach and in water, but that didn't stop us from having a good time at the soft white beaches. The beach attendant did an amazing job of cleaning ""our beach"" and had chairs out and ready every morning. We took the 2 oldest kids parasailing at Sun Dogs. They were amazing, friendly, and easy to work with. Some of the younger kids went on the ""pirate ship"" adventure.We ate out 2 evenings, Austons on 98 and Surf Hut. We will use 36

Grant M: This trip was our second year to stay in this house. It has been perfect for our three families and the owners have continued to make improvements by adding new amenities like a second refrigerator and ice make. It is a great location to area restaurants and shopping. The private beach area is a huge plus too

Alfreda A: This was a Family vacation for 20 family members. The house was awesome. Clean, great location. The only reason I gave the property 4 stars because the pool did not heat after the first day. I will stay again as a matter fact we already planning for summer of 2020. Barrett B: We were 16 grown men who had come down to go deep sea fishing to celebrate the upcoming marriage of one of us. The house was awesome. Great price, slept all of us well, had everything we needed and was close to everything we needed. The beach was a super easy walk away from the house and was not crowded at all. We would recommend it to any group or set of families.

Stefanie M: Our family of 11 stayed in the H20 house for a week. The house was just a short walk to the beach where we loved the complimentary 4 chairs and 2 beach umbrellas. The house was clean and kitchen was fully equipped. The private beach for the Shipwreck houses was great.
