DETAILS: There’s something for everyone to enjoy at "Shades of Summer!" Welcome to the recently renovated 6-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom home that sleeps 24 guests in the heart of Grayton Beach. All of the bedrooms are “suite”– there are en suite bathrooms, flat-screen TVs and balconies in every room. It’s located just a few homes back from award-winning beaches and steps from a rare coastal dune lake and protected state parkland. There are 2 washer and dryers, 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators, making it perfect for large groups. This classic beach home has fresh exterior paint, includes 6 complimentary adult bikes and a private pool with a sunning deck.
On the first floor are 2 bedrooms adjacent to the entry room. The first is a spacious bunk room that includes 4 sets of bunks built into the wall– 2 full-size and 2 twins. It doubles as a game room with a foosball table, flat-screen TV, en suite bathroom and porch. The other bedroom has two king beds, en suite bathroom with a shower only and access to the wrap-around porch.
The main level hosts the kitchen and living room that open up to a balcony overlooking Garfield Street. The recently updated, gourmet kitchen includes premium Thermador appliances, fully equipped utensils, designer cabinetry and casual eating for 8 at the bar. 2 dining tables have seating for 15 to enjoy a meal together. A king bedroom is down the hall with a private bathroom and balcony.
Upstairs, there are 3 more bedrooms. All are master suites contain king beds, private balconies and en suite bathrooms.
