With sophisticated, modern interiors and access to a shared pool, this home was built with luxury and convenience in mind. Upon entry, guests will find an entry hall with a laundry room, bunk room with a twin-over-queen and full-over-full bunk bed, and king bedroom. Both have private bathrooms, and there is an additional living area that opens up to the back patio.

The main level of the home is on the second floor with an open-concept kitchen and living room. The spacious, gourmet kitchen has designer lighting and cabinetry accented with premium, stainless steel appliances. There is seating for 14 guests at the breakfast bar and dining table. The living area opens up to the second-story porch, which overlooks the pool and sparkling Gulf waters. An outdoor kitchen and patio chairs are also on the porch, making it ideal for grilling!

Upstairs, there is a twin-over-queen bunk bed that has access to a full bathroom across the hall. The fourth bedroom features a king bed and a private bathroom. The primary suite is also on this floor and includes a king bed, private balcony access, and an ensuite with a large walk-in shower.
