RVs, trailers, boats, campers, etc. cannot be parked anywhere in the Prominence community, and this is a violation of the governing documents, violations are subject to fine of $100 per day with an aggregate of $1000.

We loved our time at 42 Clipper Street. The house is immaculate and beautiful and large enough to make our family vacation comfortable. We had 10 family members; some from another state. It was a much needed since our father just passed away. It was a peaceful place for healing. Additionally, any customer service from 360Blue was exceptional. Any additional items needed were easy to get. My only complaint is that there is no beach access from the area around the house. The description said it was a 3 minute drive which was a little misleading because it sounded like it was right there. So we rented a golf cart which ended up unnecessary and expensive— it was difficult to find parking spots. And being on 30A was irritating to cars. With that said, we spent more time at the pools which were great. A couple suggestions: there needs to be an iron there and the ice maker was very slow on making ice — other than that it was well stocked with needed kitchen items. Thank you.

Hope was attentive, handled the issues we had. The location is quite far from the beach. It was a nice house. Enjoyed the layout and quality
