DETAILS: Location, location, south of 30A! Blue Door Cottage is a cheerful 4-bedroom home in the center of Rosemary Beach, just steps from private beach access! This 2 story home features cozy décor and a gated yard with a private pool and outdoor kitchen. The infinity pool has the option to be heated for an additional fee through the winter season. There is plenty of entertaining space for the entire family to enjoy the warm Gulf breeze!
An entry room showcases the stairs leading to the second floor and access to 3 bedrooms. The first is a primary suite with a king bed, large walk-in closet, plush bedding, flat-screen TV, and en-suite bathroom with double vanity. The bathroom also has a walk-in shower. The second primary suite also has a king bed, plush bedding, closet and a flat-screen TV. The large en-suite private bathroom includes a freestanding tub, walk-in shower and double vanity. Adjacent, the bunk room features 2 twin-over-full beds, a flat-screen TV, and a desk making it the perfect room for kids. It has its own bathroom attached with a shower and tub combination. The laundry room is also on this floor and features a full-size washer and dryer.
The second floor welcomes a quaint living room and dining area with access to a sprawling balcony that serves as a gathering space to enjoy long conversations and incredible meals with a view! The living room has a large flat-screen TV and a desk nook, allowing guests to work remotely while on vacation. The kitchen seats 12 and includes a Sub-zero full-size refrigerator/ and freezer and two undercounter refrigerator drawers, stainless steel appliances, Wolf gas range with vent hood, walk-in pantry, and black granite countertops. There is seating for 6 at the balcony dining table and an additional sectional that overlooks the private pool on the spacious balcony. The fourth bedroom, located off the kitchen, features a king bed with plush bedding, en-suite bathroom, closet, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in, tiled shower. There is also a shared half bathroom.
The Carriage house sleeps 6 and features its own kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and a stacked washer and dryer are available for use. The living area has a flat-screen TV, closet, seating for 6 at the dining table, and a queen-size bed with built-in storage drawers.
Up the spiraled staircase is a large bedroom with 4 built-in twin beds. Each has a built-in storage drawer to hold clothing and valuables. There is a shared bathroom that includes a walk-in, tiled shower.
Enjoy grilling in the outdoor kitchen and veranda around the luscious green courtyard. There is an additional seating area across from the fireplace that encourages guests to enjoy the beautiful foliage native to Florida’s Emerald Coast either upstairs or downstairs. The pool and jacuzzi spa are available to use year-round, with an additional fee to heat. Parking is available in front of the home and the carriage house.
