The kitchen gives on to the living room which has a comfy sofa with a queen sleeper sofa and flat-screen television – the perfect place for vacation movie night. Adjacent is the master bedroom which has a king bed and private bath. This carriage house retreat sleeps up to 4 guests.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and 360 Blue fines.
