DETAILS: “23 Palms” is Seagrove’s quintessential beloved beach house just steps from the sand! This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home sleeps 14 guests comfortably, making it perfect for multi-generational families or group trips. There are several fantastic amenities, including a private saltwater pool, Gulf and lake views, and multiple porches to relax on.
The main floor of the home is on the second floor, where you’ll find the open kitchen and living area. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and seating for 12 at the island and dining table. The living area is perfect to gather the family around inside or outside on the balcony since there is cozy seating and plenty of space to kick back in both. There is one bedroom on this floor with a king bed and a private bathroom as well.
Downstairs is where guests will find the remaining bedrooms and entrance to the backyard. The first room has a king bed with its own bathroom and private access to the porch. The next room is identical to the primary bedroom, but with a queen bed instead. The final room includes 2 twin-over-double bunk beds and its own half bathroom with a toilet and sink only.
The outdoor spaces at “23 Palms” are equally as entertaining. With a large, private pool and deck, screened porch, and balconies on every level (including a third-floor lookout), you’ll have plenty of options to enjoy when you’re not on the beach. Included with the home are 4 adult bikes to cruise along the 30A bike path to nearby Seaside or to the beach! We come to 30A twice a year with our school aged children. Of all the houses we've stayed at, this has been our favorite! The living space is very open and spacious, and the kitchen very well stocked. Our favorite part was by far the private pool in the front yard. We found the pool alarm to be cumbersome, but we understand it is necessary. The walk to the beach was short and the beach was certainly not overcrowded, which was a priority in this COVID world. The stream connecting Eastern Lake to the sea was deep at times for the kids to cross over but it was manageable. Overall, it was a great stay and we plan to be back!

Amazing location!! Literally steps to the beach. The perfect house for a large group. They had everything we needed plus more. We will be back! Must visit the Beachy Bean Coffee shop and Old Fish House for dinner.

The place is a great location! Very close to the beach. We rented a golf cart as you can drive it several miles in both directions. Plenty of beach and loads of great dining very close. Had a couple minor issues but 360 fixed them same day. Would use them again for sure!

Overall stay was great. All the toilets needed cleaned. They all had fuzzy rings growing. Floors could have used mopping and screen porch needs sweeping because of broken metal from a chair. Also we only had three wash clothes in the entire house.. but contacted rental company and they brought plenty over. Kitchen well stocked and plenty of space. Pool was excellent!! We did have a package of hello fresh items arrive 3 days before our departure..not sure if it was a guest of owners but we were told to leave it in the fridge. Very close to beach access however during our stay we had to cross waist deep water from the lake to access the public beach. If you have small ones this might be an issue. For us it wasn’t that big of deal. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!! Would definitely rent here again.
