DETAILS: Enjoy an “Endless Summer” at 130 Dune Estates in Seagrove Beach! This 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home can sleep 12 guests comfortably with plenty of entertaining space. It’s only a few steps from the sugar-white sand, and guests will find stunning Gulf views throughout the home’s multiple balconies, including a third-floor lookout. There is a private pool for guests to enjoy, as well as a heated community pool nearby. Take one of the 5 complimentary adult bikes to cruise to and from the beach and around the neighborhood. Upon entry, the first floor of the house has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer and 2 guest rooms. The first bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom, while the second has 2 full beds with a bathroom that is shared with the hallway.

The central point to the home is on the second floor, where you’ll find an open kitchen and living room with ample natural light shining in through the covered balcony. There is seating for 12 at the dining table and breakfast bar from the kitchen, which features premium appliances and plenty of space to fully prepare a meal. A powder room is also directly off of the kitchen for added convenience. The living room is accommodating for extra gathering space, and additional outdoor seating can be found on the balcony, which wraps around to the side, and is the perfect spot for an alfresco-style dinner. There is one bedroom on this floor with a king bed, private sitting balcony, and en-suite bathroom.

Beautiful home in a great area. We stayed during the Thanksgiving Holiday and had a wonderful time. The home is in a great location with easy access to both Seaside and Alys Beach (both very close). We spent couple nights eating at the Florida Fish House (just down the street), we enjoyed the Cigar Bar at the Hub, and really enjoyed having Buddy\'s Fish Market so close (great place to get all your grilling needs). The beach is very close to the house, just a short walk with no vehicle traffic. The house now has a beautiful private, heated pool (this wasn\'t quite finished when we were there for Thanksgiving) but the homes in the cul de sac also share a large heated pool (so you would have access to both pools) and very nice tennis court. The area is very quiet and off the main highway so the traffic is minimal around the home and the congestion at the beach is also minimal!!

This a beautiful and comfortable home new to the rental market! Conveniently located in Seagrove between Seaside and Rosemary Beach you get the best of both worlds :) Quiet of a cul du sac yet quick easy access to the hustle and bustle of the busier areas. Beach access, Buddys seafood market, the Old Florida Fish House and the HUB are all within a walk, bike or golf cart ride (both of which are provided). On a cool night we enjoyed the outside fire pit and they are also putting in a private pool! The set up of the house makes it comfortable for a couple, single family, or multiple families to enjoy yet still have their own space. We will definitely be staying here again! Thanks for letting us enjoy your home!!
