Unfortunately, there were several issues with our stay. Before arrival, I would have appreciated knowing that there was no elevator to the third floor unit. While my husband and I are relatively young lugging groceries and luggage up three flights of stairs was a major turn off. My husband called to ask a question about roof access and the leasing company never returned the call. Finally, while the company advertised a stepped up cleaning routine, even asking us to leave an hour before the regular check out. The apartment was far from spotless, one of the closets had a water leak and there were dust bunnies under the bed I understand this because of COVID, the need to sanitize the apartment but they should probably swiffer the unit too. I run a guesthouse and am aware of the issues that come with this business, I hope that my comments will make the next guests stay perfect.
