DETAILS: Serene sophistication is the mood inside this light-filled cottage with accommodations for eight in the Crossings District. A soothing palette of iced blues and greens is enlivened with black accents, providing a cool retreat after a day at the beach. The living, dining and kitchen areas flow seamlessly along the first level. The living room is furnished with a queen sofa sleeper and club chairs grouped around the wall-mounted flat panel television with DVD and Wii gaming system. The dining area has a table for six, and is adjacent to an office nook partitioned by sliding glass doors. The open kitchen has a large island with breakfast bar seating for three, and is finished in creamy white cabinets, black granite countertops and stainless appliances. A hall bath contains a walk-in shower, plus single vanity.
Upstairs, the tranquil master contains a king bed and wall-mounted flat panel television with DVD, plus large walk-in closet and balcony access. The private bath has a deep soaking tub, separate shower and double vanity with granite countertops. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and television with DVD. It adjoins a bath with a combination tub and shower, and single vanity. The third bedroom is furnished with a pair of twin beds and television with DVD, and adjoins a bath with walk-in shower and single vanity. This location offers walking access to WaterColor Crossings shopping village, which includes a Publix grocery store, and to the community's Dragonfly Pool.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and 360 Blue fines.
Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 30 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

The house was good- the alarm went off a few times and some of the lights in the kitchen were burned out- also the circuit breaker in the kitchen tripped
