Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home, and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

We came here to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and we had a wonderful time. This is a beautiful home. We are already planning to return next year. I do want to point out a few things that need attention: 1) there is mold or mildew on the ceiling of the shower in the master bath 2) there is a bad odor coming from the washing machine and there is mold growing on the lower part of the door seal 3) I reported a leak in the ice machine, which was promptly repaired. That leak has caused minor damage to the kitchen floor.

Three generations of our family were very comfortable here. The house met all our expectations and more. Great location, great front porch, super comfy beds, and we appreciated the new appliances. We’ve stayed in Watercolor before and love this location and all the bike trails. Beach and Beach Club were just a 5 minute easy ride away. We also rented a golf cart for that added level of transportation. Concierge service was super before our trip to set up several experiences and once we arrived it was easy to reach them for anything. Wish we could stay longer. We’ll definitely be back again.

We had a wonderful time at the beach! The house was beautiful and met all of our expectations. The house is not as close to the beach as we would’ve liked but we rode our bikes and it was fine. Our teens loved the set up, lots of space for all of us. It was extremely busy this year, way too many people compared to all the years we have been coming to Watercolor, they need to do something about all the construction of new places. Hoping that Watercolor can try to control the amount of congestion.

We had a great week at the beach and found the house to be pretty comfortable. There is a leak from what appears to be condensation build up in the living room vent. The living room furniture is not comfy at all. There has apparently been a water leak in the ice machine in the past as that was apparent by a buckle in the kitchen floor and the island trim. However, the ice machine was a bonus and nice to fill the cooler. The master closet was roomy and we appreciated the extra shelving provided there. We were disappointed not to have access to the golf cart as it is a far walk to the beach, respectively. The house is in a great location for using the frog pool. We found the kitchen to be well stocked and the front porch was enjoyable. Overall, we enjoyed the home but it could use a little TLC in a few areas.

The location is great! The beds are super comfortable! The AC works great, although one day condensation from it started dripping on us from the ceiling into the living room!?! The dishwasher doesn’t work- it will work for a couple minutes then stop- so the dishes/silverware aren’t super clean. The kitchen drawers are all in disarray and in need of a cleaning and update! Including the upstairs showers!!! And the whole house is in need of a makeover! The couches/living room furniture are incredibly uncomfortable! But the swing on the front porch was nice. Sadly we were Less than impressed with this property.

I am writing this review in hopes that it helps someone who is thinking about booking this house in the near future ( next couple of months) to reconsider. Next door to this house is a home that is being gutted ....the noise level was unbearable at times. From early in the morning until 4 to 5pm there was constant hammering , sawing and loud music from the workers. No late morning sleeps, naps or porch reading could be had. It ruined our “quiet” getaway and was met by no solution from 360 Blue other than “Sorry we didn’t know about it.” I called and requested to be moved upon arrival and was basically told we will make this right but nothing was ever offered. This is a well established street so the “it’s a new neighborhood and that’s a chance you take” doesn’t float. Shame on you 360 ...you had a chance to make it right and you didn’t. Although you kept saying you would. House review - clean, comfortable but in need of a update.

I have mixed feelings about our stay! Beautiful home with the most comfortable beds but definitely had a few hiccups during our stay. We booked last minute and golf carts were all sold out and when we arrived the owner golf cart was in the driveway. It was frustrating that the owner didn’t offer their golf cart for their renters! Also we didn’t have beach chairs included and it was $70 a day to rent them at the watercolor beach club! When we first arrived the upstairs air wouldn’t go below 78 and it was so hot. 360 blue sent a guy but he didn’t arrive till 10:30 pm and we were all asleep. He beat on our door and eventually let himself in. I’m not sure why he didn’t just come back the next day. He didn’t even fix it and I woke up the next day and realized it was set on a schedule to 78 every hour so once I turned that off the air started working. 360 blue parked in our driveway blocking our parking spots on 3 separate occasions. Overall we had a fun trip but not sure we will return to this area.

Location somewhat far from beach. Basic feather or down pillows (instead of uncomfortable foam and synthetic) for guests’ comfort would be a significant upgrade. If you are a guest, I guess you should bring your own pillows. Also had a giant cockroach running around in the kitchen.

Thank you for your feedback in regards to the location of this property, we appreciate your honesty! Most of our owners do tend to utilize non-down pillows due to allergens. In regards to the cockroach, that would be a Palmetto Bug and are native to this area. Unfortunately, they are a regular staple in this area due to the number of wooded areas and tend to find their way indoors especially if it has been raining outside.
