DETAILS: Warm neutral tones of taupe and blue provide a relaxing atmosphere in this two-level, multi-family residence with accommodations for six in the Beach District. The master is privately located on the ground level, and is furnished with a king iron bed and television with DVD. It enjoys access to a screened porch, partially louvered for shade and privacy. The bath contains a large walk-in shower, separate jetted tub and dual vanities. A laundry area including a full-size washer and dryer, plus sink, is also on this level. Upstairs, one light-filled area encompasses living, dining and kitchen - with abundant windows and covered balcony facing Grayton Beach State Park and Western Lake beyond. The sleeper sofa faces an ornate armoire containing television, DVD and stereo. The dining table seats six, with space for two more at the breakfast bar. The open kitchen has honey-toned cabinets, granite countertops and stainless appliances. The bedroom has a queen bed and television. It has a private access to the hall bath, equipped with a walk-in shower and single vanity. Its location on the south side of Town Center makes this residence ultra-convenient to shopping, dining and the Beach Club.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and 360 Blue fines.
Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 30 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Overall we enjoyed the unit location and amenities but were very disappointed with the construction. Rental description said construction in the area thru May so we were surprised it was going on the entire week. Frustrating to pay so much to have workers and construction noise sunup to sundown on vaca. This also really affected parking by the unit. The workers and construction material took up a ton of room so we had to park several times on the other side of 30-A.

We apologize for the construction in the area. We were told by the HOA that it would be completed by the time you and your family arrived but the timeline of completion was pushed back without our knowledge. There is no excuse for that and wish we could have done something during your stay to make it more relaxing. We hope you return to our area soon, we look forward to seeing you.
