LOCATION: This home is located in WaterColor's Beach District

DETAILS: An abundance of colorful artwork sets a playful mood in this multi-family residence with accommodations for 10 in the Beach District. Pale walls provide a neutral canvas for eclectic furnishings and finishes in the second-floor living area, which encompasses living, dining and kitchen. The living room opens to a covered balcony offering glimpses of emerald gulf waters, and is furnished with a pair of white slipcovered sofas (one a sleeper) and several chairs grouped around a large flat screen television with DVD. Six can dine at the glass-topped dining table, with place for four more at the adjacent breakfast bar. The kitchen’s crisp white cabinets also front the refrigerator and dishwasher, and are accented with sleek black granite. A half bath completes this level.

Downstairs, the master is furnished with a king bed featuring a beautifully unique custom made headboard, plus queen sofa sleeper, and has covered-porch access. The room includes a television and DVD player. The adjoining bath has a jetted tub, separate shower and double vanity. The second bedroom contains a queen and pair of twin beds, along with wall-mounted television with DVD. It adjoins a bath with combination tub and shower, and single vanity. A laundry closet holds a full-size washer and dryer. This wonderfully convenient location is only one block from Town Center amenities and the Beach Club, and a short stroll to the beach.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and 360 Blue fines.

Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 30 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Honestly, we had a hell of a good time. 10/10 would recommend this property for spring break. Love the owners and their beautiful condo.
