DETAILS: Delightfully inviting, this cushy 3rd floor getaway is perfect for that much anticipated resort vacation! The cozy non-smoking living areas feature hardwood floors throughout with the generous living room offering ample and comfortable seating including a queen sofa sleeper, a television with DVD/VCR and French doors that open onto a furnished balcony with a view of the Gulf. The dining area is next to the living room and accommodates 6.The separate kitchen features a breakfast bar for 2 and a windowed breakfast nook that seats 3. This home has two cozy bedrooms. The first is the master suite that offers a king-size bed, a television, a wonderful balcony with a view of the gulf and a connecting bath that includes a double vanity with a separate shower and jetted tub.The second bedroom provides 2 twin-size beds, a television with VCR and a connecting bath with a single vanity, shower and tub. Wireless high speed Internet access is also available.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and 360 Blue fines.
Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 30 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
**Beach Club Construction Update - We are excited to announce the Beach Club in WaterColor will be expanding to offer two additional pools, a restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, a bar area and much more! During the construction process, access to the beach, rental chairs, towel service, and alternative food service and restroom options will still be available. While the Beach Club may not be open, all other amenities are fully operational including the completed Camp WaterColor project, which offers food and beverage and fun for the entire family. The expected completion date for phase 1 of the Beach Club is June 28, 2019.

Loved sitting out on the balcony with gulf view. Great location. Unit was well stocked and furnishings were comfortable and bright and cheerful.
This was a clean, well located place that we enjoyed a lot. While we couldn't have a conversation anywhere in the condo when the dryer was on, we all found it hilarious and weren't there much so it didn't matter. It was a great white noise machine at night. The beds were great and we slept like champs. 360 Blue was helpful and responsive to all of our needs and much appreciated.

You really should not ask for reviews on this property. We have stayed in several properties managed by 360 Blue over the past 7 years and have never been disappointed until this trip. This property needs to be deep cleaned, it is disgusting. The carpet, sofa, chairs are all badly stained. We had to put a sheet on the sofa just to sit on it. The place looks a feels like it was furnished from a yard sale. Would give zero stars if possible on property and value. Giving 5 stares on service because the maintenance service was great when we called about the broken washing machine and freezer. Location is great but please do some updates and cleaning before you rent this again.

Positives: great location with easy access to retail below and beach club and beach across the street, comfortable master BR mattress. Negatives: Carpets are badly stained in BR's and need replacement. We put sheets on the carpet during our stay given their condition. Very poor lighting overall with no overhead lights in family room. Cable continued to go out despite attempts to repair. Dryer was so loud we reported it and parts were ordered per Blue 360. Furniture is in need of updating as well. We covered them with sheets as well. Overall finish level of unit is inferior to the other units we have stayed at in this immediate vicinity and appears to be all original.
We had a great time this February at our unit in Watercolor. At the last minute we were contacted by 360Blue & told there were repair issues with our unit & we would have to relocate. We were given 3 options and ended up in a 2-bedroom (we had rented a 1-bed unit) in same area for no additional cost. I had to contact the office a few times during our stay with issues/questions and always received prompt and friendly attention. I was a bit worried about renting from a company that was not “on-site” but the service was always prompt—they even delivered pool passes to us. The unit was very good.
