DETAILS: Located on the 2nd floor, this superb home is conveniently located on 30A, just a one-minute walk to the beach and only steps away from restaurants and shops! The relaxing living area features hardwood floors throughout and sun-filled transom windows and French doors bring in the natural light. The living room provides ample seating, a television with DVD/VCR and opens to a furnished half-screened balcony that looks out onto 30A. A separate dining room seats 4 and is adjacent to a windowed galley-style kitchen. Bright sun-lit windows transport the master suite into a private oasis. There is a king-size bed, a television with DVD/VCR and a computer with wireless Internet access. The connecting bath includes a separate shower and jetted tub. The second bedroom provides a queen-size bed, a television with DVD/VCR and a bath with a shower and tub.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and 360 Blue fines.
Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 30 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

The unit is conveniently placed within the watercolor community, and the benefits of staying near our favorite restaurants has spoiled us. Our satisfaction with the unit was definitely muted by a number of inconveniences: 1) Damaged interior: The blinds, floors, and several cabinets have been damaged in the past. Some blinds were completely unusable while the screen door could not be secured and would swing wildly during the seasonal storms. We made management aware of many of the issues but asked them to wait until after our stay. 2) Lacking drinking glasses: We usually find a good number of wine and drinking glasses, but of the few available a number were chipped. We hand-washed the glasses which wasn't a problem. 3) Cleaning tools: There was no broom or dustpan available to sweep up sand from the beach. We attempted to use the available vacuum but hair had built up in the agitator; clogging the head. Overall, we did enjoy our stay. The unit was very nice and clean but could use some small updates.
