My family has been vacationing in the Watercolor area for 20 years & we have rented thru 360 Blue several times. The houses have usually had minor issues which were taken care of. We experienced one of the dirtiest showers I have ever seen in the master bathroom of this house. There was black mold in the grout & a clump of black hair on the shower handle (photo above & I also have photos of the black grout). I called & the customer service girl was very apologetic, very professional & sent someone over to clean the shower. They did a great job cleaning it but we never used that shower because we were grossed out. The filthy shower made me wonder when the last time this house was rented. The overall house had stained seat cushions & rugs, the freezer had dirt in it. This house needs a little TLC.
Property Manager Response:
We are so sorry that you had a less than pleasant experience while on vacation with us in Watercolor. Here at 360 Blue, we strive for perfection and we do apologize that the home was not perfect for your stay. We will be sure to share your valuable feedback with our entire team and we hope you will consider us again in the future.
We had a wonderful vacation! The home was comfortable and well kept. It was nice to have bikes with the rental so we didn’t have an additional expense. This home was further from the beach (1m) than other visit to 30a area but we enjoyed riding our bikes around town. The grocery store was a 5 minute ride down the street. We were disappointed that the pool across from us was under construction. It was loud and we weren’t able to sit on the beautiful porches until after work hours. I feel like we should have been told this information. Looking back it is in the details but we weren’t aware locations of the pools. We love Seaside area and we definitely be back. We would stay in the same place again.

We are so glad that you had a wonderful vacation with us in Watercolor! Riding bikes around the community is always a crowd pleaser and having bikes provided to the home is a great perk! We apologize on behalf of the Watercolor HOA for the construction but keep this area in mind for next year, they are to have the construction by next summer and it is going to be amazing! We enjoyed the photo you shared with us! Shows how much beach fun you and your family had and we hope to help you again in the future!
