**Beach Club Construction Update - We are excited to announce the Beach Club in WaterColor will be expanding to offer two additional pools, a restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, a bar area and much more! Tuesday after Labor Day (9/4/2018), the Beach Club will close, resulting in zero access to the Camp or Beach Club pools through the end of the year. During the construction process, access to the beach, rental chairs, towel service, and alternative food service and restroom options will still be available. The expected completion date for phase 1 of the Beach Club is Memorial Day, 2019. During construction, the HOA is working to ensure all alternative WaterColor community pools are heated.
EXECUTIVE ACCESS: WaterColor guests staying at this 360 Blue property have complimentary access to 6 award winning community pools, the use of two kayaks or canoes for one hour per day, as well as 20% off stand up paddle boards at the WaterColor Boathouse and, for an additional cost, limited tee time access to award winning Shark's Tooth and Camp Creek Golf Courses, 20% off daily or weekly passes at the WaterColor Fitness Center and 2 tennis courts at both WaterColor and Shark's Tooth Club.
DETAILS: Quaint cottage style defines this multi-family residence with accommodations for six in the Park District. A thoughtful floor plan puts both bedrooms downstairs for privacy and the living area upstairs for balcony breezes and views. The living room is furnished with a cheery red floral sofa sleeper and loveseat, plus a painted armoire containing a television, DVD and stereo. A cottage-style dining table seats six. The kitchen has blond wood cabinets, with panel-front refrigerator and dishwasher, and stainless oven. A half bath is conveniently located off the kitchen. Downstairs, the master is furnished with glossy white king bed and armoire concealing a television, DVD, VHS and stereo, and has access to a covered porch entry. The private bath has a walk-in shower, jetted tub and dual vanity. The second bedroom contains a pair of twin beds and television, and adjoins a bath with combination tub and shower, plus single vanity. This Town Center location enjoys easy access to shopping, dining and the beach.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and 360 Blue fines.
Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 30 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

The property was roomy and updated. It had all the amenities we required. The access to the beach and pools was very convenient. We enjoyed walking to shops and dining. The 2 bikes and hour of free kayaking were an added bonus. Unfortunately, an ant problem kept coming back and we had to contCt contacting management more than once. Our son was even bit by an ant while sitting on the couch. We had to throw away a back pack that was covered in ants after returning to the condo after the beach. Although management sent someone to spray raid around the condo, we feel we should have received some kind of compensation for this problem.

Unfortunately, our team did do everything they could and we do have pest control out every 3 months to spray for all insects and we are happy to say we have not had an issue since you placed the report with us. Spraying is hard during guest stays due to health concerns. Regardless, we will share your feedback with our team and we hope to see you again!
