DETAILS: Located on the second floor, just above the fitness center, this charming sanctuary is a total treat! Hardwood floors lead into an open floor plan that features floor to ceiling transom windows, allowing in plenty of light. The living room with a view of the gulf, offers plenty of plush seating including a queen sofa sleeper. There is a television with DVD/VCR/Stereo and the adjoining dining area seats 6 with immediate access to French doors that lead out to a furnished balcony.
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar that seats 3 nicely. The bright master suite features a king-size bed, a television with VCR and a connecting bath with a double vanity, a shower and a jetted tub. This bedroom also has floor to ceiling French doors that lead out to a furnished balcony. The second bedroom has a full bed, a television and a connecting bath with a single vanity and a shower. This home also has access to a beautiful beachside pool and wireless high speed Internet.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and 360 Blue fines.
Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 30 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
**Beach Club Construction Update: We are excited to announce the Beach Club in WaterColor is now open with the completion of Phase 1! The Main Pool and Upper Deck have been completely refurbished, and the Main Pool Deck and Rita Bar now offer additional lounge and seating areas. Although limited, grab-and-go food options are also available. Phase 2 is expected to be completed later this fall, and will feature two additional pools. Until then, however, the Beach Club will be closed on Mondays to allow construction to continue safely and unobstructed.

We’ve stayed in several wonderful Watercolor properties, and, in spite of pictured construction, this was voted the favorite by our teens for its proximity to the Beach Club and the fitness center. Our family also loved the outdoor living options with a swing and large dining table on one porch and adirondacks on the other. This unit doesn’t have the nicest decor or kitchen we’ve experienced, but it was lovely enough for the great proximity and patio furniture tradeoffs. The kitchen was pretty basic—If you cook big meals you might prefer a different property. We don’t, so we were completely satisfied. Teens said pull out mattress was more uncomfortable than in other units we’ve rented. We’ll still book this unit again.
The condo was great, and will be an even better location when the pool is finished. 360 Blue has a great app that makes the stay easy and organized, and were very helpful when we called. My only complaint was the fact we received an email 2 days before arrival stating that the pool would not be ready and that the construction company only just told 360 that. It is so obviously clear that it wouldn't be ready many weeks before our arrival, it is embarrassing that 1. we were only told two days before we arrived. Either we could've moved to another location or 360 could've helped us find something else or just prepare us for having construction out our front door and 2. the fact they blamed it on the construction company only just telling them. Are you run by millennial's? Are you kidding me? Also, don't expect much from the lifeguards at camp watercolor. Construction will be at least another 1-2 months, so if you are staying here, prepare yourself for the noise and not being able to use the pool
Great location close to beach and shops. Condo has lots of space indoors and out. We’ll be back!

The condo is in the best location you can have, just footsteps from the beach club and walking distance to Seaside. That's the positive. The negatives are quite long: pots/pans have rust on them, the microwave was broken, the oven was broken, our feet were black from the floors being so dirty on the very first day, we found 2 roaches, and last but not least, we constantly had to park blocks away from the condo because no one enforced the parking rules in which vehicles were supposed to have passes to park in our lot. I personally saw people park in our lot, who were going to work at the Watercolor Inn and Beach club. Once the Camp Watercolor and other planned renovations are completed, I'll be staying at other condo's that are better maintained. I will say that the management at 360Blue did try their best to makes things right, but when your spending $500/night there really needs to be more care and due diligence applied to make sure these kinds of issues are resolved before guests arrive.

We are glad to see were able to address these issue and do what we could for you in regards to the microwave and oven. Unfortunately, both did require parts to be ordered which pushed back the completion. In regards to the parking issues, we would have been more than happy to get in touch with the Watercolor Security office to remove the vehicles parked in your spaces. This condo was in the perfect location. Next door to the pool and boardwalk to the beach. We enjoyed seeing the ocean from our balcony. Perfect place for our two young boys. The kitchen could be better. The nonstick skillets were very old and not healthy to use. These should be replaced. The non stick utensils should also be replaced. They are about to fall apart (spatula).The dishwasher does not release the soap, so you must leave the soap compartment open for the dishes to get clean. The washer is very loud so we had to close the door while washing clothes, but the door doesn’t latch so we ended up tying something to the knob and the oven handle to keep it closed.
