DETAILS: This charming 2-story cottage is a real treat that is located just minutes from the boathouse, pool, and sugar white sand beaches. The front of the home has a large furnished screened porch that provides the perfect place to enjoy a cocktail. Inside, the wide-open floor plan has a bright ambiance that is naturally absorbed from sunlight piercing through the windows. The living and dining areas seamlessly connect to each other and offer plenty of seating. There is a large television, a stereo system, and one couch even turns into a sleeper sofa. The dining area has a beautiful table with 8 seats that guests can enjoy all week long after preparing their home cooked meals and utilizing the stainless steel appliances in the gourmet kitchen. There are also two bedrooms on the first floor. The master suite has a king bed, a television, DVD player, large walk-in closet and access to a screened porch. Its ensuite bath has a double vanity with a walk-in shower and stand-alone tub. The second bedroom on this floor has a king bed, TV, DVD player, access to a screened porch, and a connecting bathroom with a single vanity, tub and shower. On the second floor, there is an additional bedroom and a loft. The loft overlooks the open areas on the first floor and offers a convenient chair that opens into a sleeper. The bedroom is furnished with a king bed and day bed, with a trundle, and a TV with a DVD player. Finally, this floor has a private bath with a single vanity, and a combination tub and shower.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and 360 Blue fines.
Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 30 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
**Beach Club Construction Update - We are excited to announce the Beach Club in WaterColor will be expanding to offer two additional pools, a restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, a bar area and much more! Tuesday after Labor Day (9/4/2018), the Beach Club will close, resulting in zero access to the Camp or Beach Club pools through the end of the year. During the construction process, access to the beach, rental chairs, towel service, and alternative food service and restroom options will still be available. The expected completion date for phase 1 of the Beach Club is Memorial Day, 2019. During construction, the HOA is working to ensure all alternative WaterColor community pools are heated.

All I can say is WOW!!! What a great vacation and great spot. 230 Needlerush is in the quiet neighborhood in the Lake District and a quick ride over the pedestrian bridge. We loved it because it was one of the most affordable homes in the Lake District and the allowed Maggie May our bulldog... dog friendly, great price, great house, great location all added up to a great vacation. WOW!!!!
