**Beach Club Construction Update - We are excited to announce the Beach Club in WaterColor will be expanding to offer two additional pools, a restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, a bar area and much more! Tuesday after Labor Day (9/4/2018), the Beach Club will close, resulting in zero access to the Camp or Beach Club pools through the end of the year. During the construction process, access to the beach, rental chairs, towel service, and alternative food service and restroom options will still be available. The expected completion date for phase 1 of the Beach Club is Memorial Day, 2019. During construction, the HOA is working to ensure all alternative WaterColor community pools are heated.
EXECUTIVE ACCESS: WaterColor guests staying at this 360 Blue property have access to 5 award winning community pools, 2 tennis courts at both Shark's Tooth Club and at WaterColor, limited tee time access to award winning Shark's Tooth and Camp Creek Golf Courses, 20% off daily or weekly passes at the WaterColor Fitness Center and complimentary use of any two kayaks, canoes and other amenities offered at the WaterColor boathouse for one hour at no additional charge during each day of stay.
DETAILS: Beautiful 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condominium all on one floor. Walk directly from the front porch of this condo to the heart of the WaterColor TownCenter. Can't beat this stroll to the Friday afternoon wine tastings, enjoy lunch or pool time at the WaterColor Beach Club, ride your bike to Seaside or through the many WaterColor trails or spend your day on the one of the best locations in the community! Great floor plan with kitchen/living and dining room all open and easy to enjoy cooking and entertaining friends. Raised breakfast bar with corian countertops and 4 stools. Red paneled kitchen cabinets and wood floors in all rooms except bedrooms which are carpet. There are 6 seats at the the dining room table. Master bedroom has king size bed, walk-in shower, separate tub and large walk-in closet. Second bedroom has a queen sized bed and separate bath. Sleeps 6. Great front porch and private screen on side porch.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and 360 Blue fines.
Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 30 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

27 WaterColor is a 5-Star experience. You know it the minute you walk in; the way the 2-bedroom condo is expertly decorated and punctuated with luxury amenities. The screened in porch was special, I spent at least 2-hours on the front porch bench swing; both Southern accents from childhood we got to enjoy. The bikes were terrific, I miss them. The Beach Club service was top-notch, I always had umbrella/chairs reserved for me. Highlights have to include SeaSide Beach, especially the community of shops, food trucks and restaurants. We ate at all the Bud & Alley restaurants, bellied up to the bar twice for dinner/drinks at the Great Southern Cafe and bought a lot from the Art of Simple store. Oh, and ice cream became a food group. Pure fun. WaterColor 27 is a magical place. Key Learnimg: I relied heavily on the Hospitality APP, it is a great resource pre-trip and contains everything you need to know when you are there.
This is our 2nd rental in the park area with 2 adults and 2 kids. We enjoyed the park view from the porch swing, 1st floor access, fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds (my 5 yr old even commented), decor details, many books to read in this unit, close proximity to wine (cheese tray was great) and candy bar. We rode bikes to seaside food trucks and beach club pool. We appreciated 360 hosting a beach bonfire with s’mores with adult drinks, great perk! We look forward to annual beach trips to Watercolor and the affordability of homes like this for our small family.

We just returned from a fabulous week in Watercolor. This was our 5th rental in the Park District, our favorite for its proximity to the Beach Club and the people watching! This condo was clean, well-appointed and spacious! We particularly liked the porch with its porch swing and Adirondack chairs. We truly had a great week!

We had a wonderful time here. The place is spacious. Clean as new and very convenient to activities like the pool, ocean, walking paths etc. dining is only a few blocks away and grocery is in walking distance.
