EXECUTIVE ACCESS: WaterColor guests staying at this 360 Blue property have complimentary access to 5 award winning community pools, the use of two kayaks or canoes for one hour per day, as well as 20% off stand up paddle boards at the WaterColor Boathouse and, for an additional cost, limited tee time access to award winning Shark's Tooth and Camp Creek Golf Courses, 20% off daily or weekly passes at the WaterColor Fitness Center and 2 tennis courts at both WaterColor and Shark's Tooth Club.

DETAILS: 350 Red Cedar Way is a charming 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath cottage located in the Camp District.

Enjoy a true culinary experience in the fully furnished kitchen equipped with high end appliances, granite counter tops, stunning cabinetry and private breakfast nook. The relaxing living room, well-appointed dining room and fabulous kitchen are all included in this open floor plan for everyone to enjoy after a fun-filled day at the beach. Completing the first floor you will find the king master bedroom with a sensational connecting master bathroom fixed with a double vanity and glass shower.

You are welcomed on the second floor by an additional living area that can serve as perfect place for the kids to stay occupied and even comes with a bunk for extra sleeping. Just off the second living area you will find two bedrooms, each with king beds. All of these bedrooms have a flat screen television and all of the comforts you would expect! This house has ample indoor and outdoor space with 2 fantastic porches.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and 360 Blue fines.

Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 30 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

**Beach Club Construction Update - We are excited to announce the Beach Club in WaterColor will be expanding to offer two additional pools, a restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, a bar area and much more! Tuesday after Labor Day (9/4/2018), the Beach Club will close, resulting in zero access to the Camp or Beach Club pools through the end of the year. During the construction process, access to the beach, rental chairs, towel service, and alternative food service and restroom options will still be available. The expected completion date for phase 1 of the Beach Club is Memorial Day, 2019. During construction, the HOA is working to ensure all alternative WaterColor community pools are heated.

**Camp WaterColor Update - We are excited to announce that Camp WaterColor is upgrading its neighborhood pool to include 3 total pools, a lazy river, and food & beverage service. Construction is expected to be complete by Spring Break 2019. The Dragonfly pool, Boathouse pool, and Sandhill "Frog" pool (heated) will remain open.

Great house- well equipped kitchen. Comfortable-you can tell the owners want you to feel at home. Bikes, board games, swimming, beach...Convenient location! Would recommend this one!!

Great House. Extremely well stocked kitchen which made cooking a breeze. Nice layout, close to everything. Watercolor was a bit crowded this week and they ran out of a lot of stuff but the House was flawless.

We had a wonderful vacation in Watercolor! The house on 350 Red Cedar Way was the perfect size for our group of 6. We all enjoyed riding the bikes throughout the community and to the beach. It was also fun kayaking on the Western Lake. This was our first time in Watercolor, and we were so impressed. Every house was beautiful and well-maintained. Perfect place for families.

AMAZING!!! We had the best experience from booking to checking out and everything in between! Our family has stayed at many different locations up and down 30A through the years, and we all agreed that this house, the amenities, the neighborhood, the location all made for our favorite vacation yet!
