**Beach Club Construction Update - We are excited to announce the Beach Club in WaterColor will be expanding to offer two additional pools, a restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, a bar area and much more! Tuesday after Labor Day (9/4/2018), the Beach Club will close, resulting in zero access to the Camp or Beach Club pools through the end of the year. During the construction process, access to the beach, rental chairs, towel service, and alternative food service and restroom options will still be available. The expected completion date for phase 1 of the Beach Club is Memorial Day, 2019. During construction, the HOA is working to ensure all alternative WaterColor community pools are heated.
**Camp WaterColor Update - We are excited to announce that Camp WaterColor is upgrading its neighborhood pool to include 3 total pools, a lazy river, and food & beverage service. Construction is expected to be complete by Spring Break 2019. The Dragonfly pool, Boathouse pool, and Sandhill "Frog" pool (heated) will remain open.
DETAILS: This beautifully decorated three bedroom, three bath oasis is located in the Watercolor Camp District. Upon entering, you find yourself in the warmth of the living area, tastefully decorated and inviting. With ample seating, rich warm textures and a spacious, open floor plan, everyone can gather together comfortably or easily find their own retreat. The dining area comfortably seats 6 at the table and 4 at the breakfast bar so that everyone can enjoy meals together. The expansive, open kitchen features stainless steel appliances, under cabinet lighting and tile back splashes. The first guest bedroom, located on the first floor, also features access to the private bath with tub shower combination.
The master bedroom is on the second level and boasts rich wood flooring, and a private en suite master bath. Step into the bath area, and you're immediately drawn to the oval garden tub set against the backdrop of nature with large picture windows. This elegant space also features granite top double vanities, glass walk in shower, separate water closet and plenty of storage. The second guest bedroom upstairs has a private bath with tub shower combination and custom bunk beds that comfortably sleep four.
The porch leads to the new and very spacious deck with an outdoor dining area and table for eight. The deck opens onto conservation forest area. The home fronts on a beautifully maintained park, perfect for children to run around and play while you sit on the front porch and watch.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and 360 Blue fines.

We loved the house! So cute and loved all the interior design details! The location was perfect for our group - right by the tennis courts and backing up to SeaSide. Easy bike ride to the beach and work out facilities. The only problems were that 2 of the bikes had broken seats and were unable to ride. There was no toilet paper or kleenex. I feel like these are staples that most renal properties would provide. Coffee was provided which was nice but no filters. And only 2 dish washing and laundry soap pods for a week stay - seems like y'all could provide at least 2 packages of soap since your renters are required to stay for a week and the house sleeps at least 8 people. We could have used a better skillet too. Everything else was fantastic!

We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay with us in Watercolor! We agree that it is in a wonderful location. We apologize for the lack of certain amenities. We typically only provide our guests with enough toilet paper, dish pods and soaps for the first day or so. However not having any is not the 360 Blue standard and would have been happy to bring some out to you as well as a new skillet to make meal preparations much easier. We will share your valuable feedback with our team in an effort to keep this from happening to future guests. We hope to see you again soon!
