**Beach Club Construction Update - We are excited to announce the Beach Club in WaterColor will be expanding to offer two additional pools, a restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, a bar area and much more! Tuesday after Labor Day (9/4/2018), the Beach Club will close, resulting in zero access to the Camp or Beach Club pools through the end of the year. During the construction process, access to the beach, rental chairs, towel service, and alternative food service and restroom options will still be available. The expected completion date for phase 1 of the Beach Club is Memorial Day, 2019. During construction, the HOA is working to ensure all alternative WaterColor community pools are heated.

EXECUTIVE ACCESS: WaterColor guests staying at this 360 Blue property have access to 5 award winning community pools, 2 tennis courts at both Shark's Tooth Club and at WaterColor, limited tee time access to award winning Shark's Tooth and Camp Creek Golf Courses, 20% off daily or weekly passes at the WaterColor Fitness Center and complimentary use of two kayaks or canoes for one hour per day, as well as 20% off stand up paddle boards at the WaterColor Boathouse.

DETAILS: This newly remodeled condo is located in Downtown WaterColor. It is on the second floor of Building Four at the main intersection of 30A and WaterColor Blvd. The condo's open concept has been completely renovated with Belgian Lenin slip-covered couches and chairs in the living room, creating a perfect beach vibe. A new bunkroom serves as a third bedroom. The condo also boasts awesome views of the Gulf and the Beach Club pool from its balcony. On the first floor, a bunk room that sleeps three is tucked away in a quiet nook, with a half bath right across the hall. The large, fully stocked kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless appliances. The kitchen has easy access to the dining area and living room. French doors lead out to one of the two balconies. The large master bedroom is on the second floor and has a king sized bed and a brand new Pottery Barn daybed with trundle and two club chairs. There is a private balcony, flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with a large walk-in closet. The master bath also has a separate tub, shower, and a double vanity. Also on the second level is the 2nd king bedroom, flat screen TV and private bathroom.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and 360 Blue fines.

Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 30 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

This condo was very nicely decorated and in a perfect location. As you drive into the small town of Watercolor, this condo was on the 2nd floor located above the boutique, Barefoot Contessa and caddy corner to the wine bar restaurant. The deck off the living room was a great place to set out at night and enjoy a glass of wine. We rented this condo for our adult children and their spouses and they loved the space and the location. This location was steps away from the Watercolor Beach Club and the Workout facility, which was used daily. My husband and I stayed at the Watercolor Inn, which was a 5 min walk. Seaside is a 10 min walk and we walked there every morning for fresh chocolate croissants and coffee. The traffic was horrific in Seaside and sea grove with hundreds of children on bikes so Watercolor was more on the quiet side in comparison. I’m sure it’s not as crowded after Spring Break. I can’t say enough good things about this condo and the management property 360 blue, went above and beyond for us.

My fiancé, future mother-in-law, and I stayed here while planning for our future Watercolor wedding. This was such a great place to stay and the location was perfect! Literally a min walk Watercolor hotel and a few blocks to Seaside. The place was adorable. We loved all the windows that brought in the natural light, the tall ceilings in the bedrooms, and the two spacious patios! Although we only had 3 people, this place has plenty of room for more!! We loved it!
