The ground floor begins with an open kitchen and living room, The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances to prepare a meal for everyone and can seat 8 combined at the breakfast nook and dining table. The master bedroom is down the hall and has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom and flat-screen TV, with access to the screened-in back porch. A laundry room is also down the hall with a stacked washer and dryer.
An additional living space is upstairs, which includes a queen sleeper. Adjacent is a home office and seating area to efficiently work remotely. The bedroom next door has a king bed, jack-and-jill style bathroom and a door to the second screened-in, wraparound porch. Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
