**Beach Club Construction Update - We are excited to announce the Beach Club in WaterColor will be expanding to offer two additional pools, a restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, a bar area and much more! Tuesday after Labor Day (9/4/2018), the Beach Club will close, resulting in zero access to the Camp or Beach Club pools through the end of the year. During the construction process, access to the beach, rental chairs, towel service, and alternative food service and restroom options will still be available. The expected completion date for phase 1 of the Beach Club is Memorial Day, 2019.

On the second floor (only accessible via the outdoor stairs) is a second living area, furnished with comfortable seating, a table and chairs, and a flat-screen television. The adjacent second kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and lots of cabinet space. This home features three guest rooms and a sleeping area on the second floor: Two queen guest rooms offer mounted flat-screen televisions and a shared bathroom with large single vanities and a glass-front shower. The third queen guest room has a mounted flat-screen television and features a private bathroom with a glass-front shower.

One of the gems of this home is the viewing tower, accessible by outdoor stairs, which provides a table and chairs to enjoy the stunning, serene views of WaterColor.
