**Beach Club Construction Update - We are excited to announce the Beach Club in WaterColor will be expanding to offer two additional pools, a restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, a bar area and much more! Tuesday after Labor Day (9/4/2018), the Beach Club will close, resulting in zero access to the Camp or Beach Club pools through the end of the year. During the construction process, access to the beach, rental chairs, towel service, and alternative food service and restroom options will still be available. The expected completion date for phase 1 of the Beach Club is Memorial Day, 2019. During construction, the HOA is working to ensure all alternative WaterColor community pools are heated.

EXECUTIVE ACCESS: WaterColor guests staying at this 360 Blue property have complimentary access to 6 award winning community pools, the use of two kayaks or canoes for one hour per day, as well as 20% off stand up paddle boards at the WaterColor Boathouse and, for an additional cost, limited tee time access to award winning Shark's Tooth and Camp Creek Golf Courses, 20% off daily or weekly passes at the WaterColor Fitness Center and 2 tennis courts at both WaterColor and Shark's Tooth Club.

DETAILS: This bright and airy non-smoking gulf front town home is located on the 3rd and 4th floors and is a perfect vacation retreat! Beautiful wood floors accent the whole living area including the living room, dining and kitchen areas, which are all located on the first level. There is ample seating in the richly appointed living room, a television with DVD, and large French doors that lead onto a furnished porch with wonderful views of the Gulf and community pool. The large kitchen features granite countertops and a breakfast bar that seats 3. The dining area is adjacent the kitchen and seats 8 comfortably. Two spacious bedrooms are located on the first level. The master features a king size bed, a television and a fabulous views of the Gulf and pool. The private bath offers a shower and a single vanity. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, television and a private bath with a single vanity and shower. On the upper level are 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom, a second master, is furnished with a king size bed, a television and French doors that brighten the room and lead out to a balcony that offers stunning views of the emerald green Gulf. The master also has a private bath with a double vanity, a shower and a separate jetted tub. The second bedroom on this floor has a set of bunk bed, a built-in twin size bed and an additional twin size day bed with a trundle. There is also a private bath with a single vanity and shower.

Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 30 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and 360 Blue fines.

The location of #17 Beachside is great; excellent view, bikes important and pool/beach location are good. Floor plan also good. However, there were problems. Key card only worked pool, never beach. House is very worn and filthy (not cleaning staff but all furniture). Major electrical problems in kitchen; could not use main light b/c wiring of switch was wrong-fire hazard; could not use 2 burners on cooktop; refrigerator smells like fish; all buttons and instructions on coffeemaker and dishwasher worn off so you have to GUESS how to use/turn on. Would never stay in this unit again and rethinking 360 Blue after this experience. We had repair person show up claiming we called for dining room chair repair; did not. Wish the issues actually IN the condo had been fixed. All porch and living room furniture needs to be replaced. Living room pillows all throw feathers everywhere when touched-I am very allergic- it was basically a hot mess. Sorry but not coming back here and we tried to call for help; poor value big $$

We had a pleasant experience at this condo. It had some minor wear and tear damage on cabinetry, but nothing major, and nothing that affected our stay. It was clean and comfortable, and location to the pool/beach/town couldn’t be beat. We love that it came with 4 bikes and the amenities of Watercolor couldn’t be beat. The highlight of our trip was getting family photos taken on the beach by Adam Lee Photography. He was recommended by the Watercolor concierge, and we can’t recommend enough either! He did a great job, and was able to get all the pictures we wanted (and more!) done within our timeframe.
