Also on the first floor is a powder room and guest bedroom, which has a queen bed and private bath.

The first upstairs guestroom provides a king bed and private bathroom. Down the hall are two bunk rooms with twin-over-twin beds and a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and 360 Blue fines.
**Beach Club Construction Update: We are excited to announce the Beach Club in WaterColor is now open with the completion of Phase 1! The Main Pool and Upper Deck have been completely refurbished, and the Main Pool Deck and Rita Bar now offer additional lounge and seating areas. Although limited, grab-and-go food options are also available. Phase 2 is expected to be completed in the Spring, and will feature two additional pools. Until then, however, the Beach Club will be closed on Mondays to allow construction to continue safely and unobstructed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Graytful! We had 6 adults, a 4 year old and 2 babies. The bunk rooms made the perfect spot for pack ‘n play cribs, the location right next to the fabulous new Camp Watercolor was perfect, and the golf cart was an added bonus for trips to the beach. S’mores by the fire pit will be one of my special memories! My only suggestion would be to add towel bars or hooks in the bathrooms for wet towels/bathing suits. Thanks for sharing your house for our wonderful family vacation.

This house was perfect for our family of six adults and three young children. The location was great. It was a short walk to Camp Watercolor where the grandkids enjoyed the water slides and playground. We loved having the golf cart for getting around Watercolor and going to the Beach Club. 360Blue was very easy to work with and quickly responded to the few minor issues we had. We look forward to coming back and staying at ‘Graytful’ again!

My family LOVED our week in Watercolor❣️❣️❣️ We were 6 adults and 2 young children. “Grayful” was a beautiful home and within walking distance of Camp Watercolor. My grandson really enjoyed going down the big slide.....and so did my son-in-law‼️My granddaughter had lots of fun on the lazy river. We could drive the golf cart to the Watercolor Beach Club.....very convenient and easy‼️ We are going to make this an annual family holiday❣️❤️❣️ PS: 360 Blue was awesome. There was a hole in the screen on the back porch when we arrived....they fixed it immediately. We loved the screened in back porch‼️

Loved this beautiful home, especially the large screened in porch. We had six adults and five children, ages 6 months to eight years. The kitchen was well equipped. The gas grill was nice and easy to use. Great location convenient to the Camp WaterColor pool and playground. The 360 Blue staff was helpful any time we needed assistance. We look forward to staying here again. .

Graytful is a wonderful home for an extended . It 's location is great for young children with the pool ,playground and yard right there. We all loved eating out on the screen porch. Can't wait to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay! For future renters: the house is easy breezy snd frankly lives a little bit larger and easier than photos indicate. However beds in bunk room are not full twin size and really only suitable For small children. Outside covered porch is very family friendly and was our favorite room. A few housekeepijg items: the dishwasher is in need of immediate repair or replacement! Soap never dissolves. Dishes had to be hand washed all week! Bath in master sink doesnt drain. We could not get TV working in queen bedroom and outlets in this room on bottom of socket wouldnt work.

To address your concerns, the bunks in the bunk room are, in fact standard twin size mattresses as advertised. We're not sure what would have given you the impression they were anything less. As fro the dishwasher, it's actually only a few months old, so it shouldn't be experiencing any major issues. We did check into it and haven't been able to find any problem, but we will continue to monitor. We are do wish you would have called to report any issues you had during your stay, we are always happy to come out for anything that may arise. We are glad to hear that these minor inconveniences didn't stop you from having a relaxing and enjoyable stay and we hope you'll be back soon!
We had a great extended family vacation in Watercolor. The house was airy with plenty of room for hanging out and catching up. The screen porch was a favorite spot to watch and play impromptu soccer games and evening swims were so easy as the pool is right out the back door! We loved the five bikes that came with the house--what a wonderful, FREE luxury :) The 360 team had all of our bases covered and responded within minutes to our request for additional pool access cards. I will not hesitate to book with 360 in the future! Great beach vacation!!
